This is a wonderful hotel . It is very convenient and walkable to many things in Lisbon . The rooms are large by European standards . But what makes this hotel great is the caring staff. They go over the top to help you any way they can. Breakfast is a la carte and very good. I highly recommend this hotel . 5 Stars !

Tip Top. Best hotel in Lisbon

Picked this hotel based on reviews and this place exceeded in every category. Service from all staff truly exceptional Location can’t be beat. Within walking distance of all the action. Even have a free walking tour twice a day that is very informative. Breakfast was the most impressive hotel breakfast I’ve experienced. Spa was nice bonus. Very small, but still nice to take a break and unwind. The ‘secret’ bar with a cool historic touch is just more icing on the cake. The only thing I could possibly say that wasn’t above average was the firmness of the bed. A tad too hard for my liking. But the rest of the room was above average. Linens were great and a free minibar refilled daily was quite enjoyable. Without a doubt, I will stay here again.

This was probably the best hotel me and my wife have ever stayed at. The decor was beautiful, the history fascinating and the staff were so friendly. It was like being welcomed into a friends home. We loved all the snacks throughout the hotel. We also loved the atmospheric showers which were really unique. We will definitely be back

Fantastic Hotel and staff. I cannot imagine a better more welcoming staff. The hotel's location was excellent. We enjoyed the sauna/spa experience. Breakfast was outstanding. Beyond excellent !!! I felt so wonderfully taken care of during the whole experience. Beautiful, classy without being pretentious. Perfect location & neighborhood. Walkable to everything! The staff was just amazing and attentive. The bathrooms showers were relaxing and bed /bedding so comfy ! Room was spacious. Temp control was easy especially bc we needed it to be cool to escape the heat outdoors. My 11 yo daughter and I loved the snacks and refreshments in lobby 24/7. I could not have picked a better place for our 1st visit to Lisbon!!! It was just PERFECT.

Because the staff are so friendly and accommodating , this was one of the best hotels we’ve ever enjoyed . It’s centrally located for many sites and great public transportation to other sites . The breakfast was terrific!
