Such a beautiful hotel with clean, stylish, spacious rooms! The water pressure in the shower was incredible. The hotel staff were truly some of the kindest and most friendly I’ve ever experienced. They were all happy to give recommendations about things to see and places to eat. The breakfast buffet that’s included is wonderful with lots of delicious foods to choose from. Next time I’m in Lisbon, I will absolutely be staying here again! Highly recommend!

Staff are excellent and provide a warm welcome. The hotel is friendly and the amenities are what you would expect. Location is good but wouldn't suit people that find a 20 to 30 minutes walk into the city centre . Public transport ( trams stop outside the hotel ) but are difficult to get on in high season.

Super friendly staff. Room is simple and clean. Street noise on 1st floor required windows to be shut and the thermostat was off not allowing to simply run the fan. Great location and landing spot while visiting Lisbon.

We stayed here for 2 nights, and enjoyed our stay. The hotel is located in a walkable distance to the main the points and tram 28 to explore the old town. The receptionists in this hotel are so friendly and catering, they have a lot of time for you and very engaging. The breakfast is continental and varied on both the days during our stay. Overall i recommend this hotel.

We had a fantastic time staying at the Hello Dear Lisbon - Gallery House and thoroughly enjoyed the hotel and the wonderful ambiance with more to look at and appreciate than your standard hotel. The staff were great and extremely helpful especially Miguel who stood out from a magnificent team comprised of front of house and those behind the scenes. It certainly made our visit to Lisbon memorable and we would love to return. There were some splendid highly rated dining options within a short walking distance as well as excellent transport links for anything further afield. The breakfast was superb with slight changes to what was offered each day and was something we looked forward to after our refreshing sleep.

The hotel is in a good location, breakfast was great and our room was clean and comfortable. There is no bar or restaurant at the hotel but there are plenty of options close by. We were disappointed that there is no tea or coffee in the room and restrictions on what is allowed. We understand from the team it was due to new carpets being fitted and spillages on the old, nevertheless, it's a little treat we missed on waking. It's a nice, independent, boutique hotel, with character and a good team.

The hotel has a cosy vibe, which we enjoyed. Location is good with easy access to many attractions, a lot to explore within walking distance. Breakfast was very good and well presented, everywhere was very clean, staff were very helpful. Would certainly recommend for a short break stay. Would advice anyone with mobility issues to check if suitable as a few steps to negotiate.
