Dom Pedro has a fabulous breakfast and staff is outstanding. The facility could use an upgrade. Things don’t work and it’s just dated.

We arrived a bit early and the receptionist had kept our room ready. We also requested the hotel to store one of our luggage as we are planning to return to the same hotel in two weeks time. Overall, this is the my 3rd visit to Lisbon and each time I have stayed at this hotel.

This property is quite a bit away from the attractions and main parts of Lisbon so you would need to have a car or Bolt to wherever you are going. There is a large shopping center <5 min walk from the hotel which is nice. It seemed to us that this hotel caters more to families and older traveller which is fine but just a note for younger folks if that is something to consider.

This hotel looked decent in the photos and the price was less than other 5 star rate.Our room was just like the condition of the rest of hotel. Carpets old and tired...broken wall fixtures. Restaurant we wanted to go to was closed for private party. Would not return to this hotel.

The hotel is within walking distance to the Marquis of de Pombal square. All tour bus start from there.The Amorerias shopping centre is opposite the hotel,which was ideal 👌

The hotel is elegant & comfort with two good restaurants and a very accommodating staff. It is close to a taxi stand and a short walk to the on/off sightseeing bus terminal with a red bus stop across the street from the hotel. We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night stay.

I have stayed at this hotel for the last 3 years. I had a group of people joining me this year. This particular stay was not so good, it certainly has gone down hill since my last visit 18 months ago. The greeting from the porters is friendly and they were efficient in getting our luggage from our vehicle and to our rooms, and parking my vehicle. The checking in took a long time, as their processes seem very slow. The room was fine, however, the bed was SO uncomfortable and the pillows are bad. Flat and hard. We were there for 4 nights, and my bed was never made properly, as the sheets were not tucked in at the bottom and it was just uncomfortable. There was a bottle of complimentary water when we arrived, which was not replaced on a daily basis until I asked, and housekeeping also did not replace coffee pods or teabags, unless you paid 1.20 euro per pod. I complained to reception and I said that for a 5 Star hotel, this felt cheap. They agreed!! Breakfast was ok, busy, which is fine, however they seemed understaffed, so service was a bit hit and miss. Checking out, there was confusion over the account, which took a bit of sorting. I just felt for their star rating and the cost to stay there, that this time I felt quite disappointed and that Dom Pedro has a bit of work to do to get back to how I have remembered it in the past.
