We loved everything in this hotel. Great facilities-the gym, swimming pool, sauna and steam room are all amazing. The most amazing is the service and attention to details ( they will hand hotel guests snacks in the gym etc) we had an amazing holiday ;)

Disappointed with pool closure but excellent hotel

Great customer service, clean hotel, well located (for those who struggle with hills, consider elsewhere!) but a massive disappointment that the rooftop pool was closed for refurbishment - we would have booked elsewhere and the price did not reflect the closure. The hotel did arrange for us to use the pool at other Epic hotel which we did, but was not quite the same carting our stuff across the city to use it.

Amazing service; the staff is so friendly and helpful. The rooms are new and have a lot of cabinets. Ac is great and working fine, The location is good; everything is 5$ uber and 10-15 minutes away. I loved it; it's one of the best hotels I've stayed in for that price range.
