I am so sad to have left! This was a 5 star experience from check-in to check-out. The staff were phenomenal and super friendly with amazing recommendations, the food was great, pool and rooftop views were spectacular. Easy walking distance to the beach but it is a bit further from the center of Cascais. We typically walked one way and Ubered back as Uber were very easy to find. Only downside is there seemed to be many events at the pool so no pool or dinner service those afternoons. Some days I planned to be at the pool this was not possible given the events taking place.

The property is beautiful. The balconies off the terrace offered beautiful views. However the property is not in Cascais but Estoril (one train stop or 5 euro cab ride away) and in front is a very busy street. The menu in the hotel was rather limited and not as many choices of restaurants as there are in Cascais itself. The technology to use tv/turn on lights etc was a bit of a hassle to figure out and not a fan of washrooms without privacy.

Great spa day near the beach

Best spa experience ever. Great massage and loved the pool, sauna, steam, all seasons rain shower, cold water bucket and ice to cool down. Bed was comfy and room was clean

After a long day of travel it was wonderful to enter a beautiful hotel. The staff was kind, friendly and welcoming! The entrance is beautiful and clean. Once we entered the room I was delighted to see the ocean view from balcony! Such a pleasant sight. Precursor the rooms are small but adequate as European standards are not America big. The bathrooms also adequate but again small and open, not completely closed in. I love the location to the casino but didn’t find any restaurants close proximity that I enjoyed. I will say the breakfast at the hotel is fabulous and worth the 18 euros. The reason for my 4 star is because of the air conditioning unit the first night it was warm and the hotel staff came but couldn’t get the air blowing properly so we slept with the balcony door open. The next two nights we stayed elsewhere and when we returned the air flow was much better but not at the complete comfort we liked. Overall I loved the hotel (beautiful) view (beach) ans the ability to walk to casino! Almost forgot the exercise room, steam room and sauna (superb)!!! The only downside the indoor pool closed at 8pm! Thank you for the hospitality!

An outstanding hotel with superb facilities. If you’re bringing a car, there’s convenient underground parking available. It’s about a 30-minute walk into Cascais, which we found very manageable. Breakfast was perfect, and the gym and sauna were excellent. The rooms were spotless and extremely comfortable. The staff were exceptional — always going above and beyond to assist. One standout detail I particularly loved was the rich, warming aroma throughout the hotel. It created a truly welcoming and luxurious atmosphere.
