Cons- Convenient central location, walkable and closed to many sights. Pros - However, it is not 5* hotel, room is extremely small (we have deluxe double room); for 2 people there was only one chair and a very small desk; No space to keep your clothes. We stayed 6 nights and it was very uncomfortable to walk around our luggage suites as there is no space to place the luggage as well. I would rate this hotel as 3-3.5* the most.

Great stay. I have nothing but good things to say. One small thing....get rid of the gnats by the bar area. It makes it a little difficult to sit there and enjoy the space.

The staff was incredibly attentive, and the property was very clean. The hotel itself has touches of five star qualities making the stay even more enjoyable. I would absolutely stay here again. It’s tucked away in a quiet neighborhood, yet perfectly located with a fantastic coffee shop right across the street and plenty of dining options within walking distance. Best of all, it’s only about a 10-minute walk to Rossio Square and Baixa-Chiado, two of Lisbon’s most vibrant areas filled with shops, restaurants, and endless energy. If you want a peaceful place to retreat to while still being just steps from the action, this is the ideal spot. On the other hand, if you prefer to be right in the middle of the action, then staying directly in Rossio or Baixa-Chiado might suit you better.

WORST HOTEL, VERY BAD QUALITY AS 5 *

This was the worst 5-star hotel I've ever stayed in. It's not even 3-star quality. The furniture is old and broken, the bathroom and room are dirty, and the photos are completely different from the actual room. The room is old and unprepared for guests. My stay was terrible. I spoke with them for several days, and they did absolutely nothing. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT.

Quiet location. Within walking distance to Avenida Metro and Marques De Pombal Stations. Large room space and comfort. Friendly hotel concierge, bar and restaurant staff. Recommendation #1: use either less bleach or an alternate product for towel laundry. Recommendation #2: ensure housekeeping staff can at least communicate in basic English to avoid language barrier with hotel guests.
