The manager and Carlota at the front desk were fabulous! They are super attentive and always willing to help! I highly recommend this hotel. It is super clean and close to popular places to visit and there are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Excellent staff and location!

Modern, clean property close to everything. Only comment is to know that the trolley runs down the street so avoid a room facing front if the periodic passing noise will bother you. I didn’t have a problem but light sleepers might!

Great hotel easily accessible to all major tourist
Super clean, updated hotel. Room was comfortably sized and well planned to make use of all available space. Nicely decorated. The bathroom was especially nice. Obviously updated. Great hair dryer. Shelf available in the shower for personal toiletries. Nice products provided by the hotel. Surprisingly quiet despite being along the trolley track. Really liked the newly carpeted hallways that really muffled sound.

Hotel was small but new and very clean. No small/coffee table in the room. Poorly stocked minibar no baggage drop area no parking hotel bar and restaurant closed except for breakfast. Staff were very nice and helpful.

Pro: Great location and a very pleasant staff to help with accommodations. Con’s: There were limited supplies in the hotel room, the soap ran out and wasn’t replenished. Two guest were staying in one room and there was only one complimentary tooth brush amongst other supplies when we arrived.The towels that were provided felt old and stale, and due to the location the train can be felt in the room every time the train passes it’s a bit disturbing early in the morning if you are a light sleeper.

The only and BIG problem about this hotel, is it is on a street CLOSED to vehicular traffic and neither taxis or Uber can recognize or go to the exact address - they have to find somewhere near (and you drag your luggage the required distance)!

Eurostars Lisboa Baixa was lovely. Our room was very nice. It appears to be a recently updated or possibly brand new. Or, very well kept. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was very nice. The hotel staff was very friendly and welcoming. They greet you with infused water, Portuguese pastry, champagne and fruit at the front desk! It's all there and available as you come and go. How nice! They were helpful with arranging tours and making dining reservations. I would recommend it and would stay there again!
