Great place, beautiful, perfect location. For great concierge service, seek out Catarina, whose knowledge of Lisbon equals her charm and professionalism and willingness to help. All were very nice. but the others do need a little more training on what's what and where's where and what's good and what isn't.

The best hotel of our entire Portuguese trip! Great location in Alfama, the hotel is super clean, modern, aesthetic with cool tech design tweaks. Walkable to everything. Staff os friendly and polite.

The Aurea hotel was beautiful. It started right from the moment we walked into the hotel. We were offered complimentary drinks by the manager. He was so outgoing and super friendly! The room itself was absolutely stunning. We did not have the opportunity to swim in the pool because there is so much to see in Lisbon. However, we did go look at it and wished we had more time there.

I had a great stay at the Aurea Museum. The room was comfortable and well-appointed, with thoughtful amenities that made the experience relaxing and convenient. The location is excellent—within walking distance to plenty of dining and shopping options, as well as major attractions like Praça do Comércio. The guided tour in the museum was a plus. The staff was eager to find solutions to minor issues encountered during the stay. The rooms were spacious, the breakfast was very good, the location was amazing. I only have good things to say about the hotel and its staff.
