best location in lisbon, 1/2 mile walk to the main tourist area, just outside all the chaos. staff was excellent, room was very quiet. one odd issue the door handle came off when trying to open the door. will stay here on our next trip.

I don’t normally write reviews but this hotel has been so phenomenally good that I couldn’t not give it praise. Our experience was top notch from the valet parking all the way to checkout. Everything was immaculate, the room was beautiful and we had an amazing time.

Its in a great location for seeing Lisbon without being in the center of the old town. Everything about the hotel was very nice, but unfortunately there was a bad odor in the lobby and hallways. Not sure if that was a hotel issue or a sewage issue in the city. it was extremely hot in Lisbon for the 3 nights we were there (100 degrees!) so that may have affected that as well.
