Lovely hotel based on the Marques de Pombal. The room was typical for this type of hotel, the bathroom had a in bath shower. Sleep was good

The room was smaller than expected and the bathroom is sleepery. It was a great touch on my birthday a cake with a sparkling wine was waiting on the bed. Thankyou for helping celebrate my birthday.

Excellent staff. The room we had reserved was smaller than expected and they put us into a larger room at the same price. Hotel is in a very good location whether by walking or Uber. Expedia needs to make known there are no 110V cutlets, USB or USB-C ports and an adapter or transformer is needed which the hotel cannot provide (was able to pick one up at the Amorim Mall about 1km away). Very good amenities in the room. Very good experience.

Overall, we had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. Excellent location, very central with easy access to all tourist sites via public transport or walking. The only feedback we have is that the Lady at the reception desk didn’t really know basic information that reception staff should know. We got stuck when a taxi driver wouldn’t accept card, and when we asked at the reception to exchange money, they said they can’t, and said the nearest atm is 15 mins away. We later saw the Santander less than 1 minute walk away. Reception staff should really know about basic facilities in the area e.g. banks, supermarkets. Other than that everything else was fine in the hotel.

Hotel was very nice and clean, on the main strip leading into central lisbon where all the shops, restaurants and attractions are. Staff was helpful. Only complaint was the ladk of Air Conditioning as it was extemely hot...but no where we went seemed to use air conditioning.

Overall this was a great stay, the staff were the nicest and most accommodating with any request I have ever received. Nice view and large room. Only problem was the drainage for the shower (may be a portugal thing) it was very slow which meant showering in a pool of water each time, other than that a great place to stay in a central location.

We loved everything about this property except the bed. It was like sleeping on a wooden pallet! The room was great, quiet, clean, etc. The breakfast had lots of delicious options and the staff there were attentive. The front desk staff did a great job, too.

The hotel has perfect location in Lisbon, I can easily walk to subway station within 5 mins. There is a huge park near the hotel and the area around the hotel is very nice but busy too. The room they provided to me was clean and tidy, but it was quite noisy when trying to sleep at night, I can hear the traffic and police car at night clearly.

Our stay was great and in a good location. The only thing was the bed was too hard (this is a personal preference) and the shower handle was over 6 feet on the wall. It was too high to shower under.

The property is clean and well kept. Loved the decor in the lobby and bar. The room itself is small but simply decorated The staff was not as welcoming compared to other places I stayed in Portugal. It is located across the street from the metro so it is easy to get around.
