We loved how close and convenient this accommodation was. We were on a 5 week holiday touring the UK and Europe and this accommodation was one of our favorites. Loved the pool, location, shower, rooms and especially the buffet breakfast!!

Fantastic hotel pool is an added bonus especially during the hot months. Rooms are spacious and very clean. Housekeeping was exceptional and nothing was too much trouble. Hotel is in a very good location with easy access to the underground.

The HF fenix music is a gem of a hotel with the added advantage of a roof top pool and bar - the staff are beyond helpful and the breakfast is fantastic. It is right next to the metro which is so easy to use

Went for an old boys' weekend, we always try and choose a good hotel with plenty of facilities. This hotel is reasonably well situated but not as near the centre of Lisbon as we had thought. It looks like a typical concrete monstrosity from the outside but is however very clean and modern with very friendly and efficient staff. We spent some time at the rooftop bar! A good bar with excellent bar staff!! The only moan is that the so called swimming pool is really only for a dip and there are no sunbeds, the area is too small and we therefore did not use the pool. The hotel is a good 20 minute walk from the town centre and restaurants, etc. We would all recommend it however.

Fantastic stay with amazing service and comfort. The rooftop pool was a perfect spot to unwind with a stunning view of the city. Despite being centrally located, the hotel itself was quiet and peaceful

The hotel and staff are very good and helpful. A few things under the bed looked like hadn’t been hoovered for a long time but rest of the room was clean. Also it’s called the music hotel but there is no music! Foyer and hotel are deadly silent can hear a pin drop! Asked management why there is no music to be told orders from above have told them not to play any music as they were getting complaints from guests. I cannot understand who stays in a music hotel and then complains about music. The Spotify connection to the speakers in the room is so quiet that it cannot be heard ended up playing music on my mobile as it was louder. All in all good hotel excellent staff and very helpful, but was lacking music and atmosphere

Just an overall excellent stay! The hotel is modern, has a fun theme, amazing rooftop pool to cool off (however no umbrellas for shade). The room was great for our family with kids as it had two queen size beds and a vanity/desk area. Was very clean, beds were firm but comfortable. The breakfast was vast and delicious! Was a treat to be greeted every morning by Carolina with her beautiful smile before breakfast. The area was quiet and convenient for taking the metro although we used bolt/uber everyday as it was cheaper for a family of 4.
