The apartments are excellent, but the sound insulation is just terrible. You can listen to your neighbors talking and join the conversation if you want. It is as if they are inside your apartment. In our case, we still had the bad luck that the occupants of the apartment above ours, had two small children, who jumped and ran all the time from day one, it was as if we had a hammer hitting our heads all the time.The location is good, despite being on a very steep street, which can be difficult for children or people with some mobility problem. If you want to stay in these apartments, make sure to stay in the apartments on the top floor.

It is centrally located in the middle of alfama. Difficult parking if you have a car so don’t. Tv reception bad if you want to watch of course there’s too much to do to mess with tv. WiFi was fast enough and laundry was useful.

no reception in the hotel. You have to do the check-in on a screen yourself, which gives you a passcode to enter the hotel and room. My passcode failed 5 times, and I have to make a lot of phone calls to fix it. Everything else is excellent: amenities, comfortable, and clean.

I like the fact that everything went smoothly without any hiccups as far as getting there and accessing the apartment but I was a little disappointed in not being able to use the stove especially to make some breakfast in the morning

The location very good, is nearby the train station and taxi stand. The room is clean and big. There are washing machines at the ground floor. All are good with this reasonable price.

They do not change sheets or towels eventhough we requested. I was told they will come to take trash and change sheets every 3 days but they only changed towels and took the main trash out but they didnt take trash in the bathroom nor they changed sheets. Room were not swept or moped.

Great family vacation
Great location, metro and train station with market shop 200m away, also rental car office on the same location. Even the sofa bed was confortable for two persons. I would definitely recommend for everyone.

Clean place, good stay, great breakfast!
It's a clean place, and good area in that it's quiet but not too far away from everything. 10 mins Taxi ride @ around €5 roughly one way into town. Breakfast, which is in a box delivered to your door in the morning, was great!

Overall a decent stay for the price
While the apartment itself was decently set out (adequate size), it was missing a few of the basics such as pot lids, no kettle, no oven rack (despite having an oven) and biggest downside was the lack of soundproofing, could hear everything going on upstairs.
