Great location for ride to airport, very friendly and helpful staff, great breakfast. Rooms are typical but sufficient with twin beds. Bar is a nice touch. Only downside was walking dinner options, but local places were nearby and Uber rides were easy.

The hotel is not very close to the airport—you’ll need to take an Uber or use the hotel’s transportation service, which costs €5 per person. Unfortunately, our experience with the front desk attendant was disappointing. When we asked to sign up for a 4 AM airport transfer, she told us it was fully booked. However, in the morning, we found there was plenty of space available, which felt unnecessarily unhelpful. Starting at 3 AM, loud noises from trash cans being moved on the cobblestone streets right outside our window woke us up and disrupted our rest. That was definitely not a great experience. On the positive side, the hotel and our room were clean and in acceptable condition. However, due to the service and noise issues, our stay fell short of expectations.

The hotel looks old and not well maintained. Our room was “smelly” with dust and mold odors. My wife even had to use her rescue inhaler for the first time in a long time. The staff was very professional. Location not so good to walk around. Far from restaurants. Just choose this because of proximity to the airport. Room didn’t have a mini fridge. Breakfast ok.

Location in airport commercial, shady area. No nearby restaurants, but the hotel did have vending machines. Cost of the accommodation exceeded its value. Offered a shuttle to the airport for 5 Euro per person, we got an Uber for under 5 Euro for both of us, can't help but feel this place is a rip off. Next time would skip airport hotel and stay downtown.

Good pre cruise hotel. Shuttle to port. Only drawback was that only one server in the resteraunt coukd speak English and none of the guests could speak Portuguese. Mesl service was therefore a gong show.
