Shower is falling apart. Stains in the tub. Asked twice to clean and maintenance guy came in took picture and left. Big broken window of the balcony. Looks like a crime scene. Told them about it. They said they ordered the Window. Didn’t offer to change our room or upgrade us or give us a discount. Hotel first floor is under renovation but it needs major renovation. Staff are friendly. The property was in a great location. What I didn’t like is that the room temperature stayed at about 78 the entire week we were there. I find it difficult to sleep in a room that is warm so I got very little sleep.
