Everything was very good except there was some confusion over the parking. I booked through hotels.com which lists free parking. Further down the listing I guess it says on request. When I asked the host about accessing the parking he stated that I should have asked earlier and was a bit rude about it, telling me that nowhere in the world there is unlimited parking and I should have known to ask earlier when there was nothing stating the limited nature of the parking or a timeline within which I should have submitted this request. I had to push back and they did give me parking. Other than this the stay was pleasant. Room was nice and clean. Location was very close to the metro and a few minutes ride into city centre. I would recommend that the automatic message that gets sent when you book should have a note stating that if you need parking to ask about availability right away.

Check in was super easy. Joao would WhatsApp you ahead of time all the info including how to enter the building and and your room, as well as the code to the luggage storage room if you arrive early . There is also an office next to the apartment that is open on weekdays. The place is exactly as photographed. There is a 2- in-1 washer/dryer that will dry your clothes completely. Although we ate out for all our meals, the apartement has everything you need if you want to prepare a meal (utensils, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, stove etc). There is a mini supermarket across the street. And the metro station Alameda is located just steps away. This station is also super convenient because you can access two metro lines (red and green). The staff is very responsive to any concerns. Overall the apartment was clean. Some dust may come out of the AC unit so maybe move the sofa bed a bit so that you're not sleeping directly underneath it.

It was organized, with all the essentials, and nothing unnecessary. We had a room without a bathroom. There were three shared bathrooms at the end of the hall, always one available. Hotel is very near a metro station, a restaurant, a cafe, a small grocery store, and a Eurocar rental place.

We had a pleasant stay at this room in Lisbon. The location was convenient, about a 30-minute walk to the city center or a quick and affordable train ride for just €1.80. The added bonus of parking made it easy for us as we had a car. The kitchen facilities were great, allowing us to cook our meals, and we appreciated having a dedicated shelf in the fridge. The room itself was clean, and the shower worked well, which made our stay comfortable. Overall, a great option for those looking for a convenient and budget-friendly place to stay in Lisbon!

I was very happy with my stay here. There is laundry available which is great. The place was spacious and clean. Hot water and good shower pressure. Very conveniently located next to the metro. The only thing is its a bit noisy so bring your ear plugs.

This was my 2nd time at Home Out and once again I felt at home. There has been a great care and consideration in details and I trully felt at home. Everyday there's cleaning personnel, the rooms are spacy and have high celling. The common areas are also wide which adds the sensation of space.

Very good communication and friendly staff. Although the apartment had facilities shared with other guests, we didn’t often see anyone else and the facilities were kept clean and tidy. The room was clean, with good air con. Less than 5 minutes to walk to the nearest metro stop where it took about 10/15 minutes to get into the centre of Lisbon.

Wonderful stay
The host is very helpful and responsive. He sent me instructions to check in well in advance, and allowed us to check in at 11am. The apartment is clean and spacious, with all the amenities we need. Washing liquid for the and kitchen detergent are also provided, not to mention cooking utensils. Beddings and towels are very clean. The 3 roof windows provided good sun light and cozy ambiance. Location is excellent, very close to Alameda metro station. varies bus lines are available nearby. A walk to My Auchan supermarket is only 4 mins. There is an elevator in the building ( no need to worry about carrying luggage). We will definitely stay at this apartment again in Lisbon.
