Terrible stay. No AC for 4 nights.
The front desk staff from the night shift did what they could to help us but our stay was terrible due to no AC. We slept 4 nights with our windows completely open because the room was unbearably hot. We were not the only ones. Other guests were complaining too but they were unable to fix the problem. 4 nights and they didn’t fix the problem.

It was a very nice hotel central location, and the staff was friendly and very knowledgeable. The room was clean and housekeeping was available what seems like daily.

We found the room to be hot and damp. The air conditioner was unable to cool the room off even though it wasn't hot outside. The room became especially humid following a shower. There was a fan in the washroom, however it didn't seem to work.

Staff were very friendly and accommodating when checking in and out. Air conditioning could have been colder and was leaking all down the wall and created a pool of water on the floor. Other than that was very nice

Great Location, clean, friendly staff, breakfast was great, near the metro and close to attractions. Sometimes the AC was a little slow to work. Would be nice to have more than one plug, but we used the one in the bathroom as well. Very comfortable beds!
