Staff we're very nice and approachable. Hotel is nearby the city centre, just 1 bus/metro away from everything or 15mins walk. Breakfast is superb 👌

Average hotel. They don’t provide much in the room but it was clean and fine if you’re just going to sleep and just want simple and clean. Bartender had a great pour which was the highlight.

Hotel comodo cerca del aereopuerto y del distrito comercial de Lisboa ( no del hostorico). Muchos restaurants cerca del area. Recomiendo el que esta justo al lado, o si prefiere una vista mas agradable, a unas cuadra en la palza de toros (campo pequeno) hay 2-3 restauntrantsmuy bonitos y nada caras con unas terrazas bellas. Comfortable hotel near the airport and the commercial district of Lisbon (not the hostorico). Many restaurants near the area. I recommend the one right next door, or if you prefer a more pleasant view, a few blocks away in the bullring (small field) there are 2-3 very nice and not expensive restaurants with beautiful terraces.

They asked us to come at a particular time for check-in and then made us wait for 2 hours with a kid before releasing the room. The room was ok but I could hear every time someone on the floor above used the restroom. Staff at the reception wasn't courteous at all.

Right location, close to public transportation and downtown. Located in a very safe area and walking distance to restaurants and shops. Room was poorly insulated and you could hear noises from outside and other rooms all night; the room had very few outlets and far away from the bed to charge electronics; Staff was ok. The hotel charges an extra city fee but they were not able to explain the purpose of that fee. Breakfast was ok! Poorly replenished

I love the art deco theme! Please don't change that. The bar on the main floor could be stocked a bit better, with the wines routinely checked to ensure they have not spoiled.

Good location - Helpful staff
The hotel location is good. Close to the train station and the metro station with several options for good dining and shopping. Within a metro ride to the city center. The staff is very friendly. A shout out to Tiago and his colleagues for their helpful tips and recommendations.
