Had an amazing time in portugal, the hotel made it even more fantastic. It’s very convenient and walkable distance to shops, restaurants and metro stations. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. The hotel room was what I’ve expected, but wished it was a tat bit more updated. Nevertheless, I had good nights sleep, and very pleasant stay.

The hotel is not in a prime tourist location. There is a smell in the corridors and the rooms are not clean. The bathroom needs to be renovated and is not 4 star quality. The cleaners tend to clean the room at 3pm and not earlier that day. The Hotel don’t offer you complementary water and you have to buy it for 2 euros, which I felt is unfair. The walls are very thin and I could hear water pipes running through the bathroom. The bed mattress was uncomfortable and I did not bother with the breakfast service because I have read the reviews mentioned the food tastes awful

Room is nice, modern, clean and a lot of spaces. Air conditioning is very good (perfect temperature). Toilet is clean. Elevator is bigger than the other hotels. I was very suprisingly happy with my stay. Only thing; the water and juices are expensive at the lobby. Unfortunately, breakfast not included. Other then that, highly recommanded hotel for the confort!

We picked this hotel as we didn’t want to drive into the centre and wanted secure parking. It took around 20 mins to walk to centre. Reception staff were very helpful and friendly when we checked in.
