Hotel do Chiado was clean, quiet, well appointed, well kept, and had excellent friendly staff! Great food, as well. Centrally located, and close to many sights and the train station was a short walk. The surrounding area could be quite busy and traffic congested at times. Stepping into the hotel though, made you forget about all the commotion, as it was well insulated from outside noise. I had a nice, peaceful stay. Definitely would recommend them, and would certainly stay there again. Only one minor complaint, and I do mean minor. No ice machine! I like lot's of ice for my beverages. Again, a minor detail. Go stay there. you'll love it.

We love to stay this hotel, the room is so big and roomy, we like these is a extra door to separate the room from the both bedroom, it is super clean, the staff are so friendly and we felt so welcome, very helpful too, the breakfast is fantastic, the bar sitting areas has stunning views…. Hotel do Chiado is in an excellent location, close to most of Lisbon's main attractions, shopping, and dining. The staff are superb, friendly, extremely helpful and welcoming. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed The roof-top bar offers a commanding view of Lisbon. Highly recommended.

Our stay at Hotel Do Chiado was excellent!, we booked the Premium room with a terrace for 3 days. Since the beginning of our stay, the staff was very friendly and helpful. As soon as we arrived, we were very satisfied with the room (size, cleaningness, decoration, confort, view, terrace) and pleasently surprised with the welcome gifts (pasteis de nata, drink). We were able to enjoy the beautiful view of Lisboa from our personal terrace and, also, from the restaurant/bar. In addition, the breakfast was of good quality and included with our package. Another positive point of this hotel is the location, it is close to many historical attractions (only a few minutes walk) which makes it easy to explore the beatiful city of Lisboa. Even if the hotel is in a busy area, we didn’t hear any noise from the room and could sleep very well.

Best views of city and great staff.
Great hotel in a great part of the city that is busy with everything you want to see. Great staff and very helpful in every way. I would recommend this hotel for sure. Oh yeah, and one of the best views in the world of the city from your room - or the room we were in. Plus rooftop bar with same view.

We had a brilliant stay here. The staff were so friendly and helpful and the location is perfect for discovering Lisbon on foot. We had a room with and incredible view of the city and it was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. We would recommend this hotel and will stay again.
