The hotel is located in central Lisbon and the room was really clean and comfortable. There's enough space to fully open a large suitcase. Staffs were really helpful. There were a few dining options around the hotel, and the area feels safe even until late at night. Everything was within walking distance. My room was not facing the street so it was quiet at night. My only complain is that the bed is a bit too soft. Overall, excellent hotel. Highly recommended.

One Front Desk Day Time Female Staff Not Helpful

The front desk woman staff in the morning of Aug 31, 2025 (Sunday) were not helpful or friendly when we extended our stay with confirmed reservation. There was poor communication between the night shift staff and morning shift staff. The night shift staff told us that we could leave our things in the room while we were out all day for a tour, and then move to a new room (upgraded) after the tour in the late afternoon, but the morning shift person totally rejected that promise and told us to clear out the room immediately and bring the luggage down to store, however, we had to depart in 5 min to join the tour, she did not care and did not even offer any help but only threw us dirty looks. We rushed back to the room to clear out everything in a hurry, under tremendous stress and frustration. Then they store your luggage and important items in an unlocked and open area. This ruined by trip that day,

The property is in a great location, and the staff is always willing to help. However, the hotel's decoration was a bit too bold for my taste. When looking for a hotel room, I prefer a homey and warm environment.

Great location in Lisbon...

Front desk check in staff could be friendlier. I think they were busy but the overall energy was less welcoming and a bit more frenzied. Room didn't appear as the advertising pics. My room was tiny but efficient. I would compare it to an IBIS hotel room. The color and decor in the lobby and room was fun and hip. The location is very convenient for exploring the city center.

We arrived early in Lisbon after an overnight flight from Toronto and were pleasantly surprised when the front desk let us check in at 11am instead of the usual 3pm — a kind gesture we appreciated. However, any relief was short-lived. As soon as we lay down to rest, loud banging from construction work right next to our room began and lasted over two hours. We were not informed about any renovation or noise prior to being assigned this room. After complaining, the front desk was able to stop the noise, but the disruption had already ruined our chance to rest. We asked for compensation, and after some hesitation, were offered breakfast — which we couldn’t attend due to exhaustion. We were also offered another room, but it was a downgrade. The receptionist said the manager would send a gift basket, which never came. We had to chase the manager down, and after an hour-long conversation, she ultimately said there was “nothing she could do” except offer 10% off — but only if we contacted Expedia directly. We then spent 5+ hours dealing with Expedia, who confirmed the hotel was unresponsive. A partial refund was eventually issued, but only due to Expedia’s support, not the hotel’s. What began as a kind welcome quickly turned into a frustrating and stressful situation. For a short trip, this had a major impact. Due to the poor handling by hotel management, I would not recommend staying here.

The location of the hotel is excellent. There’s a metro station nearby and there is also a train/metro station in close proximity. There are lots of restaurants in the area. Staff at the hotel are very helpful and friendly. My room was compact but it had everything you need and the bed was very comfortable. I will definitely stay at this hotel again.

Great location, but the room and bathroom were cramped and the lighting in the room was odd. It was a bit of a lower quality hotel, with no sheets on the bed and an an air conditioning unit that made strange noises. However, the staff was very helpful.
