The hotel was clean and convenient to the airport which were my biggest requirements. The staff was okay, but did not communicate as effectively as they could. It was a turn-off that, unless you paid the buffet price, there was no coffee available, except for a vending machine in the lobby.

Great location with lots of restaurants and a shopping center nearby. The staff was very friendly and allowed us to check-in earlier. This is a great place to stay when visiting Parque das Nações in Lisbon.

I was very unhappy because I had my reservation for months and they canceled us 2 days before we got there. We had to change our credit card because it was stolen. We called their phone 50 times and they never answered. They canceled us the next day and left us hanging. Very poor management

Reception and room were nice and clean. Sink was small and there was almost no counter space to put a toothbrush. Shower was fine as was the medium firm bed and pillows. Close to the airport, but wanted 35 euros to have the hotel shuttle pick us up. We used a 4.85 Uber instead.
