Excelente ubicación y opción en Lisboa.

Ubicación perfecta, lo mejor es que está cerca de todo, se puede uno mover por Lisboa sin siquiera tomar medios de transporte (salvo para ir a las estaciones de trenes) además tiene pegado un supermercado que es fantástico y a pocos metros subte, tren, bares, plazas, buses, todo. La habitación super completa y limpia. Volvería.

On a scale of one to ten, a five.

Our stay was almost ok, especially for the central location. However, while the bathroom was ample and the shower fine, it smelled of old plumbing and there was no exhaust fan. That we had to shut off all power upon leaving the room is nonsensical. I can understand this for controlling AC expenses, but shutting off the fridge for the day whilst out sight seeing and coming back to warm drinks is unacceptable. And no ice machine for guests?? Come on! I would have gladly paid for that, but no and not even cold water. Despite the lukewarm water and juice, your breakfast was fine and your staff was attentive enough. But, for the price we paid, I find your hotel lacking and would not recommend it to my friends.

The room was small. Managable for one but definitely not big enough for two. The walls were dirty, marked up, food stains etc. The bed was comfortable but the sheets were stained. On the upside, the hotel is in an excellent location, walking distance from many sights, restaurants and shopping. Breakfast room is clean and bright. They offer a variety of food options.

Small, tight, room. Bed ok, single sheet. No on-site dining but 2 restaurants & grocery store next hotel. Five restaurants, including 3 serving breakfast short block away. Many more restaurants, museums, & music within 10-15 minute walkaway.

The staff didn't really care too much, plus there was nothing said about the city fee on the booking. Called downstairs for an iron, no answer. Went downstairs and asked, never sent up. No towels in one day, called downstairs and nothing came up. Staff where kind of soul less, no heart in the service at all.

Good value, clean hotel, great location…excellent location close to everything by foot. The rooms are Rediculously small (even for European standards)…impractical small bathroom. Almost like being in a camper bathroom. But for one night in Lisbon if you don’t want to spend too much it’s a fine hotel. Clean, safe, central. Would be tough to stay multiple nights though as the rooms are just too tight.

The AC did not work. The room was too hot and no repair was provided nor room changed during the second of two nights. No compensation. Location is fantastic, staff wonderful, breakfast good, but the sofa-bed was uncomfortable. Too expensive for what it finally was.

Very convenient location and renovated with modern bathroom and vinyl floor. Space was good for two but the AC was not great. The room was warm during the day. No Shampoo or Conditioner in the washroom. Just shower help. The supermarket is right next door and was convenient to by water bottles, snacks and pastries from the bakery. Right by the Rossio square.

Excellent location in the centre of Lisbon

2star hotel n a fabulous position…. You can walk in everywhere in the centre of the city…great location The hallways and public areas are very old. The room is exceptionally small.The shower looked like it needed a big clean and bleach. There was a lot of mould on the base of the shower. The toilet roll holder was broken!!!! Why not fix these small thngs

Hotel seems nice on photos - esthetically pleasing at first glance. However, the smell and presence of visible mildew is overwhelming . The shower/sink/toilet were covered in it. Nicely situated but otherwise do not recommend if you like cleanliness
