Everything was a lie. I rented a room with one queen room + 2 single bed and they gave me only one queen room. When I complained the manager got very impolite and did not provide a solution. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE

This is a cute little hotel next to Rossio Square. It was very convenient for site seeing and both of my tours met at the square. The check in staff, Denige (spelling?) was extremely courteous and gave me an early check in so I could rest after a red-eye flight. The room was clean but had some wear and tear with chipping paint on the walls and a loose drain in the shower. But if you want a simple basic room in a good location this was a great choice!

The hotel was in an excellent location in the Restaurant district which made it great for walking to Rossio train Stn (eg. Sintra), shopping, the Hop on Hop Off buses, the port area, etc. We walked to Barrio Alto AND Lisbon Castle. The room was a bit difficult in terms of storage and layout (why such a large space for a single chair and low table when the bathroom is cramped and the wardrobe takes up a big space in the bedroom?). Glad to have a fridge and big shower!

This hotel is 2 minute walk to the train station and close to many points of interests. The bed was very comfortable and the rooms are sound proof. There was a Pingo Doce below the hotel which was very convenient. I will stay here on my next trip to Lisbon my only request is to have a kettle or coffee maker in the room.

Excelente ubicación y opción en Lisboa.

Ubicación perfecta, lo mejor es que está cerca de todo, se puede uno mover por Lisboa sin siquiera tomar medios de transporte (salvo para ir a las estaciones de trenes) además tiene pegado un supermercado que es fantástico y a pocos metros subte, tren, bares, plazas, buses, todo. La habitación super completa y limpia. Volvería.

On a scale of one to ten, a five.

Our stay was almost ok, especially for the central location. However, while the bathroom was ample and the shower fine, it smelled of old plumbing and there was no exhaust fan. That we had to shut off all power upon leaving the room is nonsensical. I can understand this for controlling AC expenses, but shutting off the fridge for the day whilst out sight seeing and coming back to warm drinks is unacceptable. And no ice machine for guests?? Come on! I would have gladly paid for that, but no and not even cold water. Despite the lukewarm water and juice, your breakfast was fine and your staff was attentive enough. But, for the price we paid, I find your hotel lacking and would not recommend it to my friends.

The room was small. Managable for one but definitely not big enough for two. The walls were dirty, marked up, food stains etc. The bed was comfortable but the sheets were stained. On the upside, the hotel is in an excellent location, walking distance from many sights, restaurants and shopping. Breakfast room is clean and bright. They offer a variety of food options.
