An absolutely lovely staff, I was moved to a junior suite without the additional charge and without asking, but it was very nice. I will definitely come back to this hotel when I visit Portugal next time.

I did not realize until I had gone to bed during a layover stay that the noise keeping me up was a soccer club and gym next door where they practiced outside my room until 11 p.m. Room service for breakfast required me to go to the front desk and fill out a menu. In room coffee required me to purchase the coffee maker pods for the coffee maker in my room
