Great place to stay, if you are not so much into the party mode, quiet and close enough to siete rios or plaza espanha. Great front desk! Friendly and willing to explain how to get to the different places. Breakfast was good with options for everyone. Keep the good work!

Clean but basic
The day of check-in, staff were just like the weather: neither cold nor hot. However, things improved majorly for the next few days as front desk staff became friendlier. As for the breakfast room staff, amazing! Smiles all around and great service. The hotel itself is well-maintained and clean. The room was small and the shower was a bit dangerous, especially for people with mobility issues. As I was staying a full-week, I went shopping for some groceries but, as I returned to the hotel, I realized that the room did not have a fridge. As a result, I had to keep my items in the bar's fridge and had to ask for the bag every time I needed something. Very inconvenient. The room did not have a safe either. Worse of all, it did not have an iron or ironing board. I later discovered that there was an ironing room on the 7th floor, which was nice. No gym and no pool. I would consider staying here again for a short trip, but not for longer trips. Overall, a clean hotel with nice staff, but with very little amenities.

Location is perfect, near the next hotel transition. Room is adequate, but not large nor upgraded. Appreciate the lounge with informal dining choices. Breakfast is quite well done with many choices, and well staffed. Wi-fi worked well, but the guest room does not have USB charging ports; bring elec. adapters. Price was as agreed on the Expedia booking.

The hotel is ok, there’s no mini fridge in the room, which is a bit of an inconvenience. The staff is amazing, always very helpful and nice. The room feels a bit outdated, but everything works well and it’s a good quality for the money.

The property is reasonable Uber distance from downtown. The buffer breakfast is good, however, very little hot food. Room was small with a very small closet and no storage shelves.

Nice but you can be better!
Average hotel, without parking garage, you need to park in front of the hotel, was not a problem. The air conditioning should be a little better colder. And breakfast should be has more hot dishes, eggs were a little bit cold. Nice coffee! The reception really nice! And the hotel is placed next to the metro station, plaza de españa! Really easy to move to old town!

The property and rooms were great, but had some mild inconveniences. There was only one outlet so charging devices from the opposite side of the bed was inconvenient, the lack of fridge and ice dispensers made finding cold water difficult, and there was also no safe in the room to store valuables. The room and the building were very clean and modern which made for a comfortable stay. The breakfast buffet was a bit pricey, but had decent selection. The location was a little far from the tourist areas downtown, about a 30-40 minute walk from most tour pick-up destinations, but it is quite close to the Sete Rios train station. Pros: - Very clean - Nice bathrooms - Great nearby food options - Close to train station Cons: - Pricey breakfast - Not the most walkable location - No room safes - No room fridges
