Nice area near airport

Its a nice area close to the airport. There is nothing around the area that I’m aware of. I picked the area due to airport proximity. They offer FREE airport shuttle 4am- 12nn 1630-??? But must be scheduled at check in. I sent them several messages a out the airport shuttle when I booked the hotel, but they never replied back. I give them 0 rating for that. There is also a restaurant on site. My room was small but its nice clean and comfy.

Industrial area. One issue that we had was with the shuttle that says in the description of the hotel that is coming every 30 min, that is not correct. you have to request the shuttle and than find out that hours that you need are not available. we had to take the public bus that did not accept a 50 euro bill so this was super inconvenient. we tried to call hotel, did it at least 4 times and nobody answer, that is also unacceptable

Customer service was outstanding. Staff went extra distance to help guests have a pleasant stay. It is not close by to tourist attractions but that helps one relax and enjoy their time. There isn't heavy traffic that makes people cold and impersonal. Hotel worked to be sustainable. It was first time had key made from wood. Hotel administrators or owners need to clarify shuttle service. Availability and use of shuttle for customers to use needs to be better explained. Sometimes shuttle is full for people who don't plan in advance.

False advertisement on free shuttle

I chose this hotel by airport for the free shuttle. You must make a reservation but cant make it till you check it. When I checked in late evening i was told that 7 am shuttle was full but they could take me at 6 am. I was told shuttle is based on availability but i didnt see notice of that. In fact in elevator it says free shuttle and no mention of limited availability. I spent 10 euros on an Uber. I prpbably would have stayed elsewhere if I knew about the shuttle. False advertisement

1.8 miles from Terminal 1, so pretty good for an early morning departure. The restaurant was surprisingly inexpensive for a limited menu with a bit smaller portions.
