We checked in around 11 am after an international red eye flight. Figured we’d ask if early check in was available, and sure enough it was! It was so nice to be able to drop our stuff offf, shower and rest a bit. Staff was very friendly and spoke good English. It wasn’t really in a touristy spot but Ubers were cheap enough. Lots of restaurants within walking distance although a lot of them didn’t speak English so communication was difficult (our own fault for not speaking the local language) Very close to airport while still being close to amenities (grocery store right across street) Would stay here again!

The staff was not knowledgeable when I asked for a restaurant recommendation and not very nice about it. They didn’t go above and beyond. Also- when we checked out, we were told that cappuccino and coffee were charged to our room. We paid for it with euro and the woman ALSO charged it to the room. The front desk woman said she would have to talk to a manager. Unfortunately our driver was waiting to take us to the airport and we didn’t have time to wait. She was not accommodating at all and I thought maybe she would suggest calling me and let me know. Very disappointing stay.

We had a great experience at the Jupiter! It is about a mile or so from the attractions near the river, but it is easy and inexpensive to get a taxi to that area. We did that several times and then walked back to the hotel no problem. We liked that the Jupiter was away from the very, very busy area of tourists. We enjoyed the pizza place a short walk from the hotel - Pizzaria Luzzo. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and the breakfast buffet was quite good. The rooftop pool and bar were great for relaxing a bit. We will be back if we get back to Lisboa!!

We loved our whole experience! The rooftop bar and pool area was so fun and lively! The drinks were delicious. The staff made us feel welcome and gave us recommendations for restaurants in the area. The accommodations were lovely and comfortable. We had a very nice stay and highly recommend!

We had an excellent stay. The hotel was immaculate and house keeping came every day and left everything super clean. The pool was lovely on a hot day, cold on the first dip but you soon got used to it. Bar by the pool was great. Good choice of breakfast which was all very tasty and everyday they made my husband his fresh poached eggs. Staff very friendly and helpful. Great location as out of the centre so despite a busy road it was very quiet. We used Ubers to get places which were extremely good value. Near good restaurants. Would stay again and definitely recommend.

We had high expectations but the bad maintenance of the elevators, TV, air conditioning and toilet let it down. AC didn’t work when we arrived. TV broke down and the shower drainage gave a horrible experience
