Room was clean and tidy staff were friendly and helpfull enjoyed the rooftop bar one thing I think they could improve on though the room was cleaned every day they did not replenish the tea and coffee or milk

if you want to use the metro train system, the hotel is next to two entrances. This was a big plus. Amenities, were fair; i.e. Gym, pool, Bar, and restaurant. Breakfast options each morning were fine. The selections were also nice. No issues with Walking around the city, or property location. There were several other Dinner Locations, i.e. Provincia (awesome, to the right of the Hotel on the corner), Galeto (6 mins), and Copo De Mar (6 mins). All in All - Property was good, Staff were super helpful - awesome group.

We stayed for 5 nights every staff member went above and beyond during our stay. They suprised my wife on her birthday with cake and a bottle of wine which was really thoughtfull. We stayed half board both the breakfast and evening meal offerings were great with a wide selection of food. The staff were very attentive every day. Hotel rooms were cleaned daily to a high standard. Very close to metro stations which made travel around lisbon. Would happily stay again.

We stayed for 3 nights. It was absolutely perfect for the metro you can walk straight out the hotel and the under ground station was right there. The hotel was very clean, quiet the staff were very friendly and helpful. We would highly recommend for a city break.

Excellent facilities. Try the roof top pool. Room was big and ver cleaned very day to high standard. Breakfast was excellent with a great choice and constantly being replenished. You could even have Mimosa if you wanted. However what makes the hotel stand out is the service you will receive from the staff. They are brilliant. We will be back
