We stayed for 3 nights. It was absolutely perfect for the metro you can walk straight out the hotel and the under ground station was right there. The hotel was very clean, quiet the staff were very friendly and helpful. We would highly recommend for a city break.

Excellent facilities. Try the roof top pool. Room was big and ver cleaned very day to high standard. Breakfast was excellent with a great choice and constantly being replenished. You could even have Mimosa if you wanted. However what makes the hotel stand out is the service you will receive from the staff. They are brilliant. We will be back

Lacking overall. Not a 4 star hotel. Trip for birthday to Lisbon - notified in advance, they offered to charge 40 euros for cake and wine. How kind. Request for early check in - extra charge before 3pm. Surprised on arrival room was ready and able to check in. Maybe the reason was room given was dark small window and limited daylight. No amenties in superior room - hand wash, shampoo shower gel 2 in one combo, no bathrobes, no coffee machine. Cheap melamine cups to drink power coffee out of - not 4 star at all. Even the toilet flush had seen better days - thanks to housekeeping for getting this replaced and putting in some extras to bathroom. 2 days in - why not on arrival? Breakfast was inconsistent - only smoked salmon 1 day out of 4, sparkling wine 2 days out of 4 - served against in plastic glasses suitable for outdoors - yet at breakfast buffet? Some days staff were nice - other days not so much trying to wrestle your plates and cups off your table before you had finished - yet other days allowing used plates to stack up on table . Staff even walked over spillages from breakfast buffet without any desire to brush up mess for quite some time. Trying to use spa - which costs extra - waiting so long on slow staff to check if can use just gave up and left as it seemed too much effort for them. Expensive hotel - but out of way main sights, little value for money here. I would not return based on my experience here.

Had a great holiday here. Really friendly helpful staff, comfortable room, great rooftop pool/bar, good gym, lovely breakfast. Close to airport so easy transfer (Uber really good in Lisbon). Not really walkable into town centre but Metro right outside hotel. I have no hesitation in recommending Jupiter Lisboa
