The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was amazing and had wonderful views. There were no USB outlets in the room which was somewhat inconvenient, but otherwise a fabulous experience.

The front desk service was friendly but disorganized and not terribly helpful. Room was clean and spacious, but neighborhood is very noisy late into the night. The bar is run by a separate entity so you cannot charge to your room. When asked for baggage help in the early morning (6:30 am), the front desk informed us they are not open until 8 a.m. There are several stairs and 2 sets of doors to navigate after you exit the elevator with your baggage, so it was challenging.

This hotel uses physical keys with a meager deadbolt on the inside. I absolutely did not feel safe. Housekeeping is not good at all. they did not replenish coffee nor mini bar. To make things worse they forgot to lock my room after they were done so I walked into my room terrified who I will find. Front desk guys were nice and they managed to provide me with a hairdryer since one which is bolted to the wall is super heavy and has a short cord. Lighting in my bathroom was horrible so if you are a female, forget about putting makeup on in there. I rearranged the room and used my compact mirror. Horrible. This place is really a hostel that charges too too much and only because of the location.

The front desk team who worked at this property were some of the best I’ve experienced at a hotel. They were very accommodating and open to ensuring our stay was pleasant. This is a relatively small hotel located in a busy area in Lisbon, very close to a subway station where there were many restaurant, coffee shops and bar options. Lots of energy in this area. The hotel is quite old but the rooms have been modernized and are very comfortable including the bed. The hotel felt safe even though the reception had only daytime hours for the most part. Our room faced a square where the tram had a stop. Super convenient but if you like to sleep in, you might be awaken by the sound of the tram basically outside your windows.

Outstanding location this boutique hotel. Attentive and friendly staff. Many excellent restaurant options in the neighborhood. Transportation Metro, bus or tram within close proximity. (The famous Tram 28 stops in front of the hotel!). Highly recommend, would definitely book again when in Lisbon.

An amazing experience
On arrival the staff were so friendly and welcoming. They kept our bags until check in was ready and sent WhatsApp so we knew when to come back to to check in to the room. There was a bad smell in the rooms but we kind of got used to it and to be honest we were blown away with how beautiful and spacious they were that we would put up with the smell. We had two bedroom apartment. Both beds were king size. The bathrooms were great and with a good shower. A very stylish kitchen and massive living room. The furniture throughout was beautiful and added charm. Breakfast was displayed very nicely and was tasty. Every one of the staff were extremely attentive and kind. Overall an amazing experience, we can’t believe our luck getting this in a city centre, and such good value.

The staff here are remarkable! The location of this hotel is exactly where you would want to be. However, if you’re looking for sleep you might not get it. The city square doesn’t go to rest until the middle of the night. The rooms were clean but definitely dated. The rooms were large and it seemed like furniture was just thrown in to take up space.

We stayed in a suite that was full of character and looked out on the Bairro Alto. The fixtures were perhaps beginning to look slightly worn, with a wobbly tap faucet and broken tiles behind the sink, as well as some spots in the living room that could have done with some cosmetic painting. The staff were very friendly and gave us a drinks voucher while we waited for the room to be ready, even though we arrived an hour before our check-in time of 3pm. One thing I don’t particularly like with hotels of this nature (think Ace, Sonder, etc) is that there is no traditional front desk service. Communication was through a WhatsApp phone number that they share with you by sending you hotel information at check-in. However, when I messaged it twice for some coffee pods, nobody answered, even though the message had been read. Also, whilst passé, being able to pay for drinks at the bar in cash would be nice. Otherwise, a very nice experience.

We stayed in the two bedroom apartment facing the square which was amazing!! Such a beautiful view at night and conveniently located as the coffee shops/bakeries with delicious cappuccino & pastel de Nata were next door as well as many restaurants/shops! Jahid was incredibly welcoming & friendly as well as the entire staff! They were super helpful giving recommendations for local attractions. The rooms were huge, beds comfortable and it was so charming & beautifully decorated! This is definitely the place to stay when visiting Lisbon!!

We had an excellent stay in Lisbon. The 2 bedroom suite was perfect. The stay was pleasant and friendly. Jahid was amazing and helped us with our restaurant reservations and guided us with our excursions. Yudina in the breakfast room was wonderful. She was pleasant and went above and beyond to make our morning breakfast a wonderful experience. Fahim and Carla in reception were also very pleasant and friendly

The main feature is the location. Next to a very popular square, Tons of restaurants and bars nearby, and a lot of the attractions can be done walking, if you are in good shape. There are a lot of hills. One the the main electric trams that is the most popular, #28, has the final stop right in front of it, which is very convenient.
