It’s a bit loud with the airplane noise but was able to sleep fine. High vaulted ceilings. Comfy beds. Great for early airport departures

Really great

Location is a bit far from the centre, but value for the price is definitely here. The building and the room feel really upscale, and the check in / out were seamless. Service is great also, the management replied to my emails swiftly even late in the evening and were very accommodating during our stay. Highly recommended!

Property staff were not always readily available, even by Whatsapp. Room was very clean and exactly as described. Beds in bedroom were not the most comfortable. Staff should consider leaving paper towels and Kleenex in rooms. Otherwise, great stay.

We chose this location based on its proximity to the airport. It met all of our expectations. It had parking included (bonus points because it was a gated property, so we felt as though our vehicle and belongings were safe). It was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The only reason we gave it 4 stars is because of the communication, we messaged the property and it took 3 hours to get a response, and because of the noise from the planes passing by. While it was nice and close to the airport, the sound from the planes going by was quite loud, despite the unit having very small windows. Suitable for one night, but we would not have stayed here longer than that. In terms of price, I’d say it was too expensive, given the amount of noise from the airport.

The property was very nice and clean except for a used bandaid my daughter found on the floor by the bed. It would have been nice to have more lighting in the room and the light switches were very confusing as many light switches turned on the same light. However, it was a bit of a pain to have to figure out which light switch was used last in order to turn that light on again🤔

We stayed at Le Jardin Hotel in Lisbon for just one night during a layover, and it completely exceeded our expectations. The rooms are absolutely gorgeous — beautifully designed, comfortable, and spotless. Super easy check-in and very comfortable bed. Wish we could stay there longer.

It's a lovely property and safe and good restaurant nearby. However it's under the airplane path so you hear the planes every hour. You cannot sleep if you don't have earplugs

Pros: The room was modern, bathroom spacious and elegant. I was allowed an early check-in, which helped me with luggage while switching hotels. Cons: The room was not made during my two-nights stay. Wardrobe space very limited and in the open (a frame with four coathangers, no shelf space). Everything is on codes and passwords, no human contact, no reception desk. No staff on premisses after 2pm - a bit eerie feeling - being the only soul in the building (have not seen, met, or heard other guests). Biggest concern, a realization only after I left: it dawned on me that I' ve never seen any instructions in case of fire - especially concerning since the access to and from the room is seemingly only by an elevator (have not seen any stairs). The room was below the ground level, with only a small window high up, probably the only escape. I have not checked if the window can be easily opened. The fire concern didn't occur to me during the stay, but will definitely pay attention to it in the future.
