We stayed 4 nights. We took the metro from the airport into town. The hotel was very close to a metro stop and also the Hop on Hop off bus stop so it was very easy to get around the city. The staff were friendly and helpful. There is an extra charge if you want your room serviced for shorter stays which we didn't need. You can walk down to the water from the hotel in about 15 - 20 minutes passing nice shops and restaurants along the way.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Locke de Santa Joana! It had all the luxury touches of a hotel, with restaurants, a cafe with some awesome croissants, cool bars and pool, but also the conveniences of a washing machine and kitchenette. It is located close to a metro station too, and it is super easy to take the metro in Lisbon. The staff are also really lovely and helpful, and my little hotel room/apartment was so gorgeous! I would definitely stay here again if I’m ever back in Lisbon!

Great for longer stays, minimal service
Really great property for longer stays as the rooms are equipped with laundry, a kitchenette, fridge, and dishwasher. Beds are super comfortable and the property hosts a number of restaurants, bars, and coworking spaces. Staff was helpful when needed but check in seemed a little chaotic and had to discover property features/amenities on my own. Usually this is covered during check in from the staff. Staff in general, although nice, seemed to be very hands off so if you’re looking for that (baggage service, daily housekeeping, etc) this may not be the place for you. Housekeeping is only available once a week.

Loved everything about my stay!! Staff was welcoming and friendly. Loved having the kitchenette in the room - being able to cook and keep food for the week allowed me to save money and spend it on other things during my vacation! The room also had a washer and they have complimentary detergent- so convenient. Like they have everything - shampoo, conditioner, soap, hair dryer. Convenient location to everything, right off the metro but still walking distance to a ton of cafes, grocery stores, etc. 10/10 would stay here again ✌️🫶

The hotel was clean, quiet, and the staff were super friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The hotel is a few minutes from the metro station, so basically you can metro from the airport to the hotel. There's plenty of shopping and dining options nearby, lots of vegetarian/vegan options too. It was very handy having a studio room. We ate out during the day on our travels, then popped to the supermarket down the road on our way back, so we could eat in on the evenings.

Great place for a longer stay
Had an excellent stay. Located outside of the mass tourism of downtown but still walkable to everything or convenient to take the Metro where you need to go. Comfy bed, well equipped kitchenette and clean. Only downside, messaged hotel twice via the Hotels.ca platform and never a response either time from the hotel.
