This was an emergency booking as I was robbed by Housing Anywhere for €1820 two days before my trip to Lisbon. My check in was excellent with very helpful staff. The hotel is beautiful and I will highly recommend it. My initial booking was for 14 nights and I extended my stay for another 14 nights. The room is lovely with a kitchenette and sitting area.

Friendly staff, clean accommodations and great coffee bar in lobby. Wish they offered daily housekeeping. Also our room faced the fire station across the street which was noisy. Hotel is centrally located and very walkable. Overall it was a pleasant experience for the price.

The property's great location allows acess to shopping, grocery and transportation. While the suite was as advertised, we were disappointed as the actual size was smaller than it appeared in the advertisement. The staff was the best! Everyone was friendly and always willing to help. Comfortable beds. Windows open for fresh air. Convenient kitchen. Grocery nearby. We had a health issue which required some Problem solving and the staff were so helpful. Thank you to Sofia, Tiago and Lorenzo at the front desk. Charlotte and colleague also great answering our touristy directions and sightseeing. Definitely a place to return to next time!
