This Locke branch is better than the one in Paris, but I gotta say that the swimming pool area is a bit too weird: not only you have lots of apartments facing it, you have a restaurant that’s right beside it, and people see in the terrace can enjoy their pizza while creepily checking you out sunbathing. The room is cute, but they didn’t use proper drywall anchors, some hooks were lose. Overall, I would rate it 8 out of 10. The staff was amazing tho.

One of our favourite hotels ever! For a large hotel it has a boutique feel. Designed beautifully. Every room came with a small living and kitchen area. This is so helpful especially if you plan to stay for 3+ days or with a family. We mostly walked around the city and it was a hike getting back to the hotel cause it is up hill. But we would do it again! Gym was great! Great air conditioning and it never got too busy. Loved the little coffee shop in the foyer. Food and coffee was good and fairly priced. LOVED the pool area but it gets so busy in the summer. If you’d like a lounge spot, we suggest going early! The also had a lounge space for guests that would be a great hang our spot for families groups. Check in and check out process was super smooth and fast with the self check option! Every hotel should have this. Would stay again and highly recommend!

Room was ok, breakfast was good. Check in experience was poor for several reasons, room wasn’t ready (even though check in is 4 which seems unusually late) and wasn’t provided key information. We were advised to wait as our allocated room was nicer, so we did however when we went back it still wasn’t ready and they gave us the other room, knowing this wasn’t as nice as our allocated room immediately tarnished the stay, but we were fed up of waiting at this point. They do not clean the rooms on short stays which isn’t advertised on the platform I booked, I believe this to be a pretty standard service. I would also argue 4 nights isn’t a short stay and the rooms aren’t particularly big. I paid extra for a balcony, don’t do this if you appreciate any form of privacy they are completely open, pictures are very deceiving on the hotel adverts. Overall overpriced for what it is, I would not stay again.

The hotel has a lovely pool area and the onsite restaurants are incredible!! Great food and some are highly recommended as top meals in Lisbon. I will say, the area is quieter than Chiado/Alfama and some of the neighborhoods to the south, but it’s very safe and has nice luxury shopping nearby. Also, the bathroom for a private room with a balcony, was quite tiny. Overall, highly recommend and would stay again!
