The "light show" is seriously not a big deal and a bit of a silly gimmick. The hotel is pleasant enough; in a decent location of the city; decent amenities; but I think for the price you could get nicer. The concierge Luis was VERY helpful.

From the restaurant to the front staff, they were so accommodating in every way. I will return & recommend hotel. Enjoyed the light show at 10pm and the bed along with different size pillows offered super comfy! Samuel in front is a gem so was Liliana Thank you for making my stay a pleasant one.

This is hospitality at its finest. We travel to Lisbon quite often and the Lumen Hotel was by far the best hotel we've stayed in. The beds are huge, the room is spacious and the whole space is clean and tidy. The staff is friendly and they go above and beyond to keep you happy. The whole vibe is just amazing. Shame about the building works in the street but it's not really something they can control. It's walkable distance to Picoas and Saldanha subway stations, it's super quiet and safe at night, and it's got amazing bakeries nearby. Ask the staff for recommendations! We will definitely come back :D
