Our room had an awful smell of drains / rotten eggs coming from both the bathroom and the air con - we asked to change rooms but were told they were fully booked. Road noise in the room was also bad - certainly not soundproof. Breakfast was good, staff were lovely & the indoor pool was nice but would personally not stay again.

The staff are nice but I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. City view rooms have terrible noise from the main road (even on higher floors) but the worst issue is the terrible sewer smell in the bathroom and aircon - we literally couldn’t use the aircon in our room due to the smell of rotting eggs, but couldn’t change rooms as apparently they were fully booked. Steam room didn’t work, weights equipment in gym out of order - for the price there are better options in Lisbon.

This is a lovely boutique hotel close to the Metro. Staff is friendly and helpful. Lovely outdoor space, with pool, jacuzzi, and bar. There is a nice indoor pool as well and relaxing chairs! The bar is lively at times. Outdoor market on the weekends.

Generally good value for the money. Location was nice (you can bolt everywhere and there’s some excellent coffee shops just opposite) and rooms decorated to a high standard. Pool is alright, though to be honest not enough sun loungers though staff did try to accommodate. Breakfast pretty decent, though their coffee was a bit meh. Wasn’t overly impressed with the cleaning of the rooms, but other than that would definitely recommend.

Had a very comfortable stay. Breakfast buffet, which was included, was outstanding. Comfortable, clean room. Sauna was good. City view with king bed was quite small, but manageable. Lighting system a bit confusing. Could have used a trash can and hook for a towel in the bathroom. Pleasant staff. All in all, a good value.
