The hotel was built in the 1920s and has gone though some wonderful renovations. I love the rich walnut woods, the marble bathrooms and hard wood floors. It is very classy.

The rooms were nicely designed for comfort and safety. Our bookin included free buffet style breakfast, which was a plus. The staff were all very nice, friendly and willing to help. Only small concern was finding a little bug within the pillow covers (might have flown in as the windows were open when we arrived).

I loved the place, location, staff on site. Marta was especially helpful. The only downside was before my arrival. If I hadn't phoned 2 days before arrival, there'd have been a serioys problem. Despite a previous msg from the property, the money being paid, there was no record of my booking. It had not been entered on their system. Marta and contact with Hotels.com sorted this out.

We've stayed at the Luzerio Suites on several occasions, enjoying our stay each time. Clean and comfortable room and bed. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. Location is less touristy, with restaurants, groceries etc. close by, yet very convenient with Metro Station just outside the front entrance which makes travel to the Airport quick and easy.

The front staff was nice but overall the experience was not satisfactory. We were moved from a suite to a kids room attached to a suite. After informing the staff to have our beds fixed it was never done. They need to do a lot more training in customer service for the housekeeping staff, and to a certain extent the front office too.

I had a very nice room quite noise free,very clean comfortable bed with clean comfortable linen. The staff where very kind,helpful, and knowledgeable of their locality. The hotel itself was located quite close to the airport, 5 to 10 minutes in a taxi with the price tag of between 7:00 and 10 euros I would rate this property excellent excellent excellent all day long.
