We had a lovely stay at My Suite Lisbon. The apartment was a great size, quiet and comfortable. Excellent location with Walking distance to everywhere. The staff were very attentive, helpful and were so lovely with our young son who had lots of questions about Lisbon. We would definitely stay here again and are already planning a trip for next year

Amazing spot to stay while in Lisbon

Amazing stay, the staff goes above and beyond to help us out. I emailed a week before our stay to make a reservation for a restaurant nearby and they helped us without any problems. The place itself is well located, although the area is known for being noisy at night with lots of bars and restaurants, our street was extremely calm and quiet.

This was my first time in Lisbon. I stayed in June during Saint Anthony Festival I had a pleasant stay in my one bedroom apartment. I was greeted by staff and was provided map with main sights to see which I appreciated. The bed was comfortable, clean and the hotel was on a quiet street. There is no elevator but staff did help with the luggage. I would say the only thing I would recommend is for tub to have a grab bar due to the tub being so high. I would return, the front desk staff were kind and helpful.

Located in the heart of Lisbon tourist area with authentic feel and abundance of things to do around you. Spacious and well furnished comfortable suite. No elevator though. If have disability neither the hotel nor the area its located are convenient

Great location, cozy modern apartment

The hotel is comfortable, nice and well located. We would only ask for improvements in the restroom: add counterspace to place things, add an extractor, add an anti slip mat or something on the bathtub since it may be dangerous. Most tourists shower, don't bath.

The staff at the property at the reception and other were very helpful during our day and kept checking whether we needed our rooms cleaned or needed anything in the room. They were always open to help and suggest what we should be doing. The property itself was decent with a double bunkbed but the only concern we had was that there was no oven in the property or a kettle or a working toaster which made it very difficult for us to bring stuff that could be cooked in the flat. Also there was only a pan as the option to cook. It would be useful to have an oven in these properties so that you could bake or cook something else when needed. The property itself is at a elevation so it requires a lot of walking back-and-forth to stations going down is fine but walking back up is quite an issue because you can’t even get a Bolt or an Uber as the streets are very narrow and they struggle due to cars parked on the side of the roads making very difficult for them to navigate through the roads the area itself is quite niche and a good area but remember with Children and adults it requires a lot of walking and very good and healthy lungs
