We loved the ambience of the hotel’s reception area. The room always cleaned with special chocolate touches. The breakfast options were amazing . Please clean the outdoor area outside the smoking area. The shower door always leaked.

Great hotel with stunning views, good buffet breakfast, rooms for me are a little dated and our one wasn’t in the best condition, the sink (which is in the main room had a huge crack in it and whenever you used it water just ran onto the carpet. The room its self was comfortable and had great views, the windows were quite grubby but I would imagine this is one of the hardest buildings in the country for a window cleaner, so totally understandable. The room didn’t have any teaspoons so making use of the coffee machine or kettle was tricky. I probably should have asked but housekeeping didn’t replenish on either day. No big deal. Over all we really enjoyed the hotel. For me I would probably say closer to a 4 star than a 5 but we might have just been unlucky with our room.

The property and views are amazing. The rooms are a bit worn down. I stayed in two different rooms. The second had water damage along the bathroom area and the speakers had a bit of static. The late night menu is ver very limited. If I ordered outside food the bellman couldn’t bring it up. I wouldn’t consider this hotel 5 stars.

Love the Myriad.
We had a great stay. The staff was wonderful. We had breakfast with a huge assortment and superb service. We listened to a couple of talented musicians in the evening asking with a delicious dinner.
