Nice facility with friendly and helpful staff. My only issue was they gave an option for unlimited cancellation or free breakfast and didn’t get either. Option needs to be clarified.

We enjoyed our room. It was very modern, very clean with a very comfortable bed. The front desk staff were all outstanding and helpful. The breakfast was very good.

This is the first hotel that I have stayed at that charges 10 euros per luggage to hold your luggage for the day when you check out. It has been complimentary at every hotel that I have stayed at. Additionally, receptionist advised me that when I return to pick up the luggage, they will LET me use the washroom.

Extremely professional staff. Mini spoke four or five languages fluently. The hotel was clean and staff was very friendly. The concierge service was welcome. The staff paid attention to detail and assured we were picked up from the airport and taken to the hotel. Buffet in the morning Was excellent and convenient.It was a very nice hotel and I would stay there again.

Decent stay in Lisbon
The staff at the hotel were nice and there was a 24 hour desk so someone was always around. The hotel room itself was a little small and felt tight. The bathroom, especially the shower was very tight. The rooms themselves were clean and was very close to bus routes.

This was a great hotel. The staff were nice, they allowed me to check in early since my flight arrived early. They upgraded my room. The room was great. Very clean and quiet. The hotel is about a 15 minute from Avenue de Liberdade and other attractions. The neighbourhood is quiet and felt safe.
