Most definitely not 4 star. Not at all. Basic and 3 star at best. Don't expect things to be actioned in a timely manner. Precedence placed on senior management not staffing to meet hotel needs perhaps? Such delays in getting things done. Room wasn't ready at checkin. Zero compensation offered. Bedding was never completed professionally. Urgh, so many things to list. Beyond me why this hotel has high rating. Limited sockets, no iron, no kettle, broken hangers, bulb not working, shower water running hot and cold etc etc etc. Staff try, and most were pleasant. I will never recommend this particular place for what the price is. Never. Again, repeat, definitely not 4 star.

Good Hotel in Great Location
This hotel is in a very good location right across the street from a famous art museum and also walking distance to the Cortez department store and Metro train stations which take you just about anywhere in Lisbon. Breakfast buffet is very good. It is included in most of the rates.

All was good except one thing
Great hotel and fantastic service. The front desk was very helpful and their English was good. When I fumbled with my Portuguese they helped me. My only issue with this hotel was the comfort of the bed. I tossed and turned a lot because bed was hard.
