This was my second stay. There was a small glitch this time, about construction. I have to say it was handled very professionally; the problem was explained to me (it wasn't the fault of the hotel) and the matter was resolved. The standards of service here, from front of house, to the bar, to the Bougainvillia restaurant, where we ate for three nights, was exceptional. We will return.

Everything was great; very kind, friendly and professional employees. Loved the spa. Daily shuttle to the golf course with amazing drivers. The food was not as good since the restaurant was under construction when I was there Feb 11-17, 2025.
