It is a bit far from the center of tow. There is a metro stop nearby. The breakfast was very good. Front desk staff could use some help! There should be more personnel at the price we paid. Was this building something else before becoming a hotel? Our room struck me as oddly arranged

Fine rather generic hotel walking distance from the historic center and just off the Avenida. Very nice area with lots of shops and restaurants. Overpriced for what it is but that is suddenly trendy Lisbon 2024.

Front staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was a great size, spotlessly clean, and the bed comfy. The studio was great for us and had everything you could need to make light snacks etc. The hotel was perfectly situated near to the metro station and hop on/off buses making getting around easy. We only ate breakfast there once......enough choice and nice enough but not over impressed for the money. Overall would recommend this hotel.

Comfortable and spacious. Overall quit good. The staff were excellent. I would stay there again. My only complaints: he table was falling apart and extremely wobbly and the door of the bathroom was rather dirty.

We stayed at the property for 3 nights. The location was slightly outside the main districts of Lisbon but there was a metro station only a few minutes walk away with good connections to the city. The rooms and communal areas were very clean and had a modern finish. Unfortunately I was let down by the images online of the specific room I booked vs what I was actually allocated. I chose a room with a balcony with views over the city and a room that looked to be divided into a sleeping area and sitting area. What I got was a room with no balcony whatsoever... I had a sliding door which opened onto a shared courtyard in the centre of the building with views of the opposite walls and rooms, certainly no city view. Although the room was probably a little more spacious than the cheaper option, it was again not laid out anything like the photos. I queried this with reception as I genuinely thought I may have been allocated the wrong room... I was told the rooms were all different and it depends where in the building you are placed. Despite explaining that this was very different to the images online, I was told it is what it is. I would recommend being wary of this when booking. If this is not something that would bother you, I would recommend staying here.

We upgraded our room to the junior suite. It was comfortable, had great view, was accessible to the public transport and walkable to most of the places of our interest.Ty to the front desk for accommodating our requests!

nice modern room in a smart part of town and very close to bus and metro or a 10 minute walk into town centre, note, these are suites and not a hotel so it does not have facilities such as a bar, outdoor space etc, it does share a restaurant next door but plenty of other food outlets in the near by streets.

This was all around a great experience. Staff was so helpful and friendly. Breakfast was delicious and worthwhile. Excellent coffee made any way you like, breakfast buffet but with options for special orders. The breakfast staff were just absolutely lovely. Will definitely stay here again. Also, great view from the roof lounge.
