Great hotel close by to tourist sites but not right in the hustle and bustle so a lot quieter. Hotel staff were warm and knowledgeable. We felt very safe during our stay.

The perfect stay for a trip to Lisbon. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. It was my birthday and they gifted me with free desserts, drinks, and a card - and I didn’t even tell the team that it was my birthday. An amazing hotel and will be coming back again!

I love this property!! To start with, I communicated with the hotel via Expedia messaging prior to my trip and Pestaña always responded and quickly at that. Upon arrival, I was able to check-in early which was much appreciated after a 15 hour journey. The staff was so nice at check-in and also throughout my stay. I called down once during my visit for some more Nespresso pods and housekeeping brought them to my room within five minutes. That is the kind of service Pestaña provides. The hotel was in the BEST location. I booked this hotel not knowing any of the neighborhoods but consider my self lucky for stumbling upon this gem. There no noise concern. Lastly, the hotel was absolutely adorable. My room was decorated beautifully and spacious enough for two people. Like I said, I love this hotel! I already made another reservation with Pestaña for another stay in 2 weeks…but this time in Spain!

This is the perfect place to stay for a visit to Lisboa. Parking was the only issue - 2 blocks away- but for the area, just having it was a plus. It is part of the square and walking distance to lots of must sees and right on public transit.

The property location is incredibly convenient for all activities from sightseeing to dining to local transportation. Our room was a suite which was comfortable and clean, but not overly spacious. We did not eat any meals at the hotel restaurant, but had excellent espresso martinis for nightcaps on a couple evenings. The staff was fine-not overly friendly but cordial. We would stay here again mainly because of the location.
