This hotel exceeded my expectations. Not only was it convenient but the rooms were beautiful. If you are lucky enough to have Ricardo at the front office you will experience true customer service. He is amazing. We will definitely stay here again.

This hotel is amazing. Very clean and welcoming. The staff was super amazing and helped us out happily all the time. It was our honeymoon and they left us champagne and strawberries and it made it feel extra special. Everything is new and the location is perfect. Live entertainment and fun right outside the hotel. Definitely recommending this place to others and hoping to come back.

We love Pestana Augusta and will for sure go back or to any other branch of Pestana :) We were sceptical at first with the high price, space area but everything from location, staff, amenities and room were worth it and every penny . Our room was located with a small balcony (european style) right on Augusta street by the arch - which was wonderful to have a look at. Therefore, room can be a bit noisy (until 11pm) with street performances, people walking. The family room - with 2 separated rooms permit our young child to sleep in the room in the back - with all the quietness . The staff has been wonderful, helping us with recommendations. Overall, everything was beautiful, clean, well maintained and in a perfect location

Absolutely loved this hotel, perfect stay in Lisbon. Everyone was so lovely and the hotel was gorgeous and in the perfect location. As an American, we were nervous about the AC but the rooms had ceiling fans and central air! Highly recommend!

This is a very nice hotel which looks like it has been refurbished recently. The rooms are a reasonable size and have comfortable beds and quiet air-conn. The hotel restaurant has really great food. Better than most in the immediate vicinity and very competitively priced.
