Great But No Toilet Paper
I want to give 5 stars for the property, room, service and location but providing two rolls of toilet paper for 5 days and charging for more is weird. I also would have liked to change my towels but didn’t want to get charged. Be ready to walk up and down a lot of hills to get to the hotel. Great stay otherwise!

Bien… mais pourrait être encore mieux facilement
Globalement contents de notre séjour. Mais il y a quelques points, pourtant faciles à régler, qui pourrait améliorer encore le service. 1: mettre des rideaux pour ajouter un peu d’intimité car les deux portes fenêtres donnent directement sur la rue et lorsque la lumière est allumée dedans le film sur les vitre n’est pas suffisant. Fixer une étagère dans la douche pour pouvoir poser savon, shampoing… . De la même manière quelques patères pour arrocher ses affaires serait une bonne chose dans la sdb ainsi qu’un petit meuble. Une petite fiole de shampoing et de gel douche par personne pour 4 jours ce n’est pas suffisant. Enfin un système de VMC plus performant et un petit parfum d’ambiance seraient une bonne chose car en l’absence de fenêtre il n’est pas possible d’aérer et ça sent quand même le renfermé. Rien de très grave mais traiter ces points serait un vrai plus. Après literie et oreillers sont de bonne qualité. L’emplacement est sympa et le quartier vivant (un poil bruyant quand même si vous aimez vous coucher de bonne heure). L’appartement est grand et spacieux ce qui est agréable. Et le soir, comme c’est en hauteur, n’hésitez pas à utiliser Uber pour rentrer. Cela coûte entre 5 et 8 euros et il vous déposera juste devant . Appréciable car les jambes sont lourdes en fin de journée. Bref nous avons apprécié notre séjour dans cet établissement.

L'appartamento è ben arredato, moderno e confortevole. E' un po' rumoroso perchè affaccia sulla strada principale ma le finestre chiuse insonorizzano abbastanza bene. Il nostro volo è partito in ritardo e siamo arrivati nel mezzo della notte, ma le indicazioni per il check in sono state chiarissime e non abbiamo avuto problemi.
