Bom hotel. Só falta renovação

O hotel está meio antigo. Mas o quarto é ok e o café da manhã incrível. O colchão é bem macio talvez não agrade aos Q gostam de colchão mais firme. Fica próximo ao aeroporto e tem transfer gratuito.

Only issue we have is common among Europe…what’s up with these half covered showers that force you to squeeze yourself close to the shower head (or risk wetting the bathroom floor). Don’t Europeans take showers where they splash beyond half of the tub length? It makes showering a non-relaxing experience as you have to always be mindful where the water is going…

Staff are superb. I made a request re a room when booking and that was met. Local to airport. Ideal if you’ve an early flight. Bar / restaurant is good, excellent menu and reasonable prices.

I got there and they give me a handicap room (that’s I don’t care) but the WC was dirty, I asked front desk and that gave a very small room, also is very dangerous because just in the place you put your feet in the WC is something to stop the door I hit my little finger and almost broke it

Old, crappy, disgusting, noisy and most importantly the worst mattress. This the worst hotel I’ve ever been in my life! I don’t know who the h gave this hotel 5 or even 4 star reviews and for what??? Poor tech guy was running from one room to other to help people with their issue! The heat was not working and the tech guy came in, after 20 minutes he said he fixed it but it didn’t work. I called the receptionist again but they said there is no other room available(biggest and common lies for hotels) and asked me to call them again in 30 minutes(it was already midnight)! Long story short, the best thing is not to go there until the billioner owner (Jin Jiang International) understands that owned by Chinese government made enough money out of this hotel and this the time for a full renovation!

It sucks!

Except for its huge room everything else sucks: 1. Internet was painstakingly slow. If lucky to connect, it is disconnected even before your can browse or use it 2. No toothbrush and toothpaste. Unbelievable! 3. Very far from the Centro Historico & other tourist spots.
