Overall a decent hotel but definitely not 4 stars or above. Location is decent in terms of being close to the airport, staff was friendly. Hotel appears very run down, walls were scuffed and extremely dirty (blood or paint(?) on the wall by the elevator), carpets very worn, wallpaper peeling back, etc. Elevators were very slow and one was not operational. Room items themselves were clean (bedding, surfaces, etc) but in desperate need of a renovation and deep clean. Was fine for one night before my flight but if I had a longer stay I would have found a different hotel.

Arriving at the hotel, the first thing we encountered was congestion at the entrance. There is little room to pull your car up but there is an adjacent public lot with EV charging station if you could find a spot. The lobby and public areas are nice and clean with marble throughout. Staff is very friendly and welcoming. The bellman came out to our car in the adjacent lot to gather our belongings and showed us to our room on the 5th floor. The room was nice, clean, and spacious as well as the bathroom. The bathroom had everything necessary but the room only had 1 blanket and no extra pillows for 3 people in 3 separate beds. We called the front desk and everything was promptly taken care of. There was a mini bar in the room although no ice was available unless you went down to the lobby bar with your bucket. We had dinner in the restaurant which was good and also had the breakfast buffet the next morning. BTW, when you check in you will be asked if you would like to prepay for the buffet it was 16€ pp, otherwise it is 18€ pp at the door. Also, if you eat at the restaurant and you want to charge it to your room, you have to set up a credit line in advance when you check in. The hotel has an underground lot for 16€ per day, otherwise there are a couple public lots free from 7pm-9am The hotel was easy to get to and in a good location near major roads and mass transit. There is a large park and college campus nearby so you’ll see many students walking around and at the cafes.

Réception was very cold and unfriendly. Surprised on how dirty the carpets where in the halls of the hotel. This Radisson is very dated and required an update. The service in the restaurant was excellent - food was mediocre .

I stayed here for one night, and it was honestly the worst night ever. The carpets on every floor were filthy, and the walls were falling apart. For a hotel so close to the airport, I expected much better condition. The exterior looks better than the interior. Full disclosure: Hotels.com lists it as being a three-minute drive from the airport, but in reality, it’s about 12 minutes — so keep that in mind. Also, the airport shuttle doesn’t start until 6:30 AM, so if you have an early flight, this hotel wouldn’t be suitable.

The hotel is quite old and run down. One of the lifts were broken and we were always queuing for the lifts. We were given a room that smelled really badly. The toilet literally smelt like sewage. The staff were friendly and great to their credit. Our room was changed straight away. The room we had was ok but very cramped. The toilet was so close to the bathtub it was a tight squeeze every time you used it. The room was clean enough but there was definitely room for improvement. The sink for example was stained and you could see dirt built up on the taps. There was a buffet on the Friday evening for dinner. The food was all cold. The staff again were very friendly and food was constantly being brought out but nothing was very hot. Breakfast the next day was also a buffet and again the food was very cold. For the size of the hotel the buffet choices were quite limited. Maybe most people don’t eat there because the food is cold! The location was good. Near the airport. Easy to get Ubers. Overall we were quite disappointed with our stay. Raddison usually has a great reputation, which is why we chose it. We won’t be staying there again and would think twice about staying at other hotels they own too.
