Very clean and spacious. Ideal location as it's in a quiet area but very close to Campo Grande metro station. Easy busy service and outdoor taxi. Reception are very helpful. The gym is not too big, but it does the job for a quick workout. The breakfast buffet was great, especially if you like your meats and seafood.

Amazing service and very friendly staff, the breakfast was nice. The only negative issue is that the facility is somewhat outdated, which reflect on electric outlets, soundproofing, elevators conditions, and even plumbing.

We stayed here for one day after a cruise. It was easy to uber around to different sites in the city and then to get to the airport for our extremely early flight (get there early!!). The free shuttle to airport was a huge help!

This is not a 4 start hotel at all. this hotel needs a complete revamp. This hotel is dirty and smelly right from the reception. I found it hard to get my pre-authorization amount back after my check-out. it took more than 10 days to get that amount back. Breakfast here is ok. Lift was not working on most days .
