Bit disappointed as the room we were given on check in was clearly laid out for someone else, had a welcome note dedicated to somebody else. The extra bed in there was clearly for a child where as I had booked the room for 3 adults. They apologised and promised us another more spacious room for the next day however the lady at the reception denied any knowledge of this and said, they did not have any other rooms. They did put a different, more acceptable 3rd bed in there. Otherwise, the hotel quality is good, it does behave like a 4* hotel. Location is ok but can get cheap Ubers to get into the main city anyway which isn’t too far!

This is a great hotel. I loved the ambience of bar including smoking area. The only thing that was shame was the power of bedroom shower was poor. This is a global gripe of mine. Drives me mad.
