Lovely people, good place

Great location and the staff was wonderful! I can’t say enough about how helpful and personable they were. Like most of old Europe locations, outlets are in short supply, so bring a power strip. Breakfast was varied (something for everyone) and gave sustenance for a busy day. Highly recommend!

Very cute! Just like in the pictures. And the basement apartment was huge! Shower had great water pressure & hot water. Wish we could stay more than 1 night. I don’t understand how people do Sintra as a day trip from Lisbon, an over night stay was a must. Ubers/Bolts can’t get to the property, but they get you to about a 3 minute walk… but there’s a lot of stairs in the way, plus luggage, just be aware. I think the owner Karen (so nice!) mentioned it’s a fixed cab rate of $40 to/from the airport. However, be mindful some cabs only accept cash.

Unique and interesting property. We stayed 2 days and received a complimentary upgrade to a large suite. Weather was rainy and cold, so we didn't get to enjoy the outdoor sitting area, but it looked lovely. Breakfast very good and our hostess congenial. Only criticism is that tables and chairs were very small and cramped for eating.

I truly enjoyed my stay at Sintra 1012 boutique. I'm so glad we stayed there and would highly recommend it. The rooms were all a little different but the ones I saw were very cozy and spacious. The breakfast was good and the location was very convenient to enjoying everything Sintra has to offer. I would stay here again.

Our room was fairly small and not luxurious, but it was very clean and totally adequate for us. The location is great. Very close to the National Palace and historic center of Sintra and easy walking distance to the Quinta da Regaleira. Lots of restaurants and shops very nearby. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good. No complaints and I would recommend it.

Could not have been better!

Amazing staff! You can tell that these ladies take pride in their jobs. They greeted us with smiles every encounter. Room-wise this was hands down the best room that we stayed in during our entire trip throughout Europe. This is a must stay while in Sintra.

Room was in the back cottage area and was small but quaint, quiet and very clean. Bed was comfortable (firm). Door had pass code check in and host made sure we were comfortable using the code.Both the afternoon host and morning host were very friendly. Coffee ( any style) and breakfast were both great... The hotel is down an alley but there was a hotel sign at the top of the road and was easy to find with Google maps. This hotel was good value for the $. Would recommend.

We are accustomed to more services than this simple guest house offers. Desk service is minimal with one primary receptionist not proficient in English. Our Lisbon taxi driver was unable to locate and drive us directly to the place. The local map provided was difficult to follow. Drinking Water was not provided. The shower took a long while to get hot, etc. The price was low and we got what we paid for.

Quiet, central, clean. Zero close parking

This small inn is centrally located (you can walk everywhere), quiet, clean and includes a good breakfast. It's important that guests read the host's directions on parking and finding your way there, as Sintra does not permit vehicles on the street where the property is located.
