Good stay

The inside of the room was excellent, great stone and wood work and comfortable bed. The shower was difficult to operate. The staff was very helpful and pleasent. The hotel is a little un-kept on the outside and there was no one at the front desk until after 2PM. Check-in time is 3PM. Still, you want to know that you can drop off luggage. Parking is a problem as it is in most of these small tourist towns. There was a sister hotel several blocks away available for parking but to far for older people to walk. Some metered parking in front of the hotel. Breakfast was good with great staff. There is also a restaurant directly across the street that is excellent for diner.

Muy bonito con Alma

Muy buen alojamiento. Desayuno con Alma. Locura de habitaciones y de baño, no lo pondría en mi casa pero es de admirar. Lo malo el parking, es una calle muy transitada y pequeña para poder dejar maletas. Si es verdad que tienen otro hotel a 10 minutos andando y puedes dejar el coche allí.

A beautiful stay in Sintra

Ana and her staff were amazing. I felt like I was in my own house. Breakfast every morning was delicious. Perfect location. We headed to Porto afterwards and would have loved to take the hotel and staff with us! Beautiful decor. If we ever go back to Sintra, we will be staying at Sintra Marmoris Camelia. This hotel is so charming. What made it even more special was the hospitality and kindness that Anna extended to us and our family. The breakfast was superb. We would return to Sintra just to stay with them again. It was wonderful.

Excellent property from entry to exit. Truly a bed and breakfast. Nicely updated. On a major road, but with secured access. We were treated well, and the breakfast was delightful. As an American traveler who knows European hotels often have a shortage of bath towels and washcloths, I appreciated that they supplied the appropriate linens, including a bathrobe and slippers.

This was our best stay in the entirety of Portugal! The staff was wonderful, the hotel was small, absolutely stunning, and overlooks the city. We were also upgraded rooms! I will definitely be back!

A must stay hotel in Sintra

This is the most amazing boutique hotel! Our room was much larger than expected and so well appointed. The in room coffee maker and decanter of port were a nice touch. The breakfast is something special and not to be missed (you order the night before and go to the breakfast room at your chosen time and it’s just so good). The only thing I didn’t like was that our room had no shower, just a tub with a wand which was difficult especially for washing hair. Our bed was so large it was definitely larger than a standard king and comfortable. We also had a sitting area. Oh and did I mention that the tv is in the mirror?! It’s really a special place.
