Comfortable and clean hotel
Grateful for the hotel staff for the early check in, i had a long day and that was so much appreciated, the room is clean and comfortable, The location of this hotel is perfect, walking distance to many restaurants and cafes.

This place was well centered not in the rowdy area of Lisbon. Very close to the public transportation. I would recommend to see a night or two.

The staff was helpful. The room did not have a desk or a chair. The property was not soundproof - the elevator was so loud it sounded like construction work, and you could hear people going up and down the stairs.

They asked us for more money at the check-in as provided by expedia in the reciept. Paid 4£extra per room. Also, the rooms had some foul smell and bathroom gates were not closing etc.

Great staff
Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. Great value and close to shopping and restaurants. A bit no-frills with no washcloths or cups in the rooms, but there was a kitchen that may have had cups. The rooms did not have hairdryers however, the front desk would supply one if needed.

Location
Good locations and the staff in the early morning needs more training, We want to have breakfast around 8:00 am and he didn’t know the area and we just walk and found cafeteria in less them 200 meters and he didn’t tell us that they have a common kitchen on every floor for every body to use and our A/C fails on the last night.
