Rooftop restaurant was pricey and the food came in small portions . No hot water for 5 days of our 7 day stay. Tonnes of sports teams which made the lobby area very loud . Bar staff was nice as were the front desk staff . Great location beside the beach and a quick walk to shopping and cafes . Definitely a busy hotel so if you’re younger it’s ok to deal with . Older people might not like the noise

My overall rating of two stars is primarily based on the condition of the property and its facilities. The air conditioning for the entire hotel was turned off, making our room uncomfortably hot. Additionally, we discovered there was no hot water for our morning shower, and unfortunately, we didn’t have time to report these issues to the front desk as we had a flight to catch. That said, the staff were highly professional, courteous, and accommodating. The hotel was clean and had a pleasant fragrance throughout. Its beachfront location is a definite highlight, with plenty of snack bars on the sand. Walking along the boulevard is a must, as it is lined with restaurants and shops. However, I would advise against venturing behind the hotel or into the nearby city areas.
