The hotel is near the major roadways in Lisbon, but tucked away on a side street so very little noise. Short walking distance to major park area, tourist area, shopping , and tons of dining options. Breakfast was limited but very good. My only gripe was the WiFi. It's very low capacity so it was only usable when most people weren't using it

Our stay at the TURIM Europa was wonderful. The front desk staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. They gave recommendations for dining, shopping and site seeing. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Really nice location and clean hotel. 2 items to improve upon: 1. Check in took a really long time 2. On expedia, they have 2 photos for a double room. One with 1 bed and the other with 2 beds. As a result i thought I booked a room with 2 beds. Clearer photos would be great

Spacious, stylish, clean, comfortable. There is an electric water boiler for tea or coffee. Friendly staff. Complimentary welcome drink in bar. Centrally located within walking distance of very nice park with beautiful trees and statues. The only comment on improvement I have is that it took a very long time for the shower water to run before becoming hot, approx. 5 minutes. This can be set to warm up right away, so it is not necessary to waste water when water conservation is an issue in southern Europe.

Very convenient close to the metro. Staff was very kind. Room a little bit small but clean. Very good and abundant breakfast! Walkable distance to restaurants, self laundries, and little markets. They provide as a courtesy a glass water bottle any time we need it!

Pros- We were able to check in earlier at 11am after an overnight overseas flight which we greatly appreciated. We received two complimentary drinks at the hotel bar. The room was spacious. Beds were comfortable. Hotel staff friendly. The location is prime. Two subway stations nearby, lots of places to eat. We had a great view of the street //// Cons- A/C not working at this time of the year since it's centralized, so it's either heat or cooling. We had to open the window to cool off room. We stayed 4 night, the complementary coffee wasn't refilled for 2 of the days even after requesting some from the front desk. Not a lot of drawers to store clothing. ///Bottom line- Would recommend this hotel especially because of its location.

Clean, quiet, easy access to public transportation. There is a kettle in the room. Curtain is good for blocking light. We arrived around 11 AM. We were told that the room was not ready and check-in time was 2 PM. So we waited in the lobby. The staff showed us a local map and some tips for touring the city. That was nice. But the staff did not make an effort to prioritize cleaning/preparing our room and they did not notice us when the room was finally ready. We had to ask them after 2 PM before receiving our room key. It was not a busy day. I would expect that the staff at the front desk show more enthusiasm to let us get the room earlier. Overall we were happy with the hotel and I would definitely recommend TURIM Europa to everyone who plans to visit Lisbon.
