Room and washroom were decent sizes and had a lot of natural lighting. The hallways are carpet which made it a little hard to roll your luggage, it’s also pretty dim as there are only wall lights lining the hallway. There were also only two outlets on the opposite wall where the bed is which makes it a little inconvenient to charge your devices.

The staff is great. Very kind people willing to help the tourists with their experience. The breakfast was amazing. The rooms very clean. You can even leave your luggage for a while safely at the hotel after checking out. Excellent!

The property was clean the rooms were spacious, not sure what was going on with their towels. The towels were smelly, got them changed by house keeping 3 times but each time the same problem.

A 5* service experience My mom and I recently enjoyed a fantastic second stay at this fabulous hotel! The staff was consistently friendly and accommodating, especially considering my mom is elderly. We were delighted when Filipa graciously checked us in early at 10:30am as we had a 6am flight, a big thank you to her. Gilberto and Idrìcia from reception were incredibly helpful and friendly. We were especially grateful to Idrícia for taking our luggage to the room as well. We stayed in room 212 which was new, spacious and comfortable, with a convenient dining area and sink. The bathroom was spacious with a walk-in shower which was a plus for us, and the beds were pure bliss! A big shout out also to Anselmo and Bruno, the talented bartenders, who crafted delicious cocktails that perfectly complemented our stay. Their hospitality added a delightful touch to our evenings. The porters, Pedro and Batista, were attentive and provided valuable information about the area. Their service was exceptional. The hotel's location is ideal, with easy access to shops, cafes, restaurants, and public transports. Overall, we felt incredibly welcomed and well taken care of throughout our stay. We highly recommend this hotel and We'll definitely be coming back again. Nilza
