This hotel is delightful - conveniently located, clean, and comfortable. The staff are very friendly and helpful and there is a good breakfast buffet.

Nice hotel near Rossio and Santa justa Elevator
20 room boutique hotel right next to the Santa Justa Elevator and a few blocks to Rossio and Figuero squares, as well as the waterfront. Its near the Baixo chiado metro exit/ cricifixio.Entry didn’t look like a fancy hotel entrance so I almost missed it. It’s right next to CandyLisa.Ring bell and you’ll get buzzed in the go up to the 4th floor and walk up to the 5th floor to check in and for breakfast and afternoon snacks/coffee. Comfy bed and pillows, room darkening curtains. Can be a little noisy as it’s on a major street and right next to the SJ elevator, but it wasn’t bad and didn’t bother me at all. I would def. Recommend staying there.

Great location close to Rossio. Staff were very helpful. The room was very small with a shelving unit very close to the bed. The bathroom was very small and right next to the bed. Glass doors don't provide much privacy. The front desk is on the 5th floor where they have breakfast, snacks and coffee.

Wonderful central Lisbon hotel
Perfect central location for sightseeing, shopping and dining. Excellent service and helpful Staff. We enjoyed the continental breakfast and coffee available at all times. Very quiet despite the busy street and tourists walking around till early morning hours. We will definitely stay there again.

Cute hotel that is close to everything. We even enjoyed a massage right across the hotel. This hotel is just a few steps from “The Elevator”. We enjoyed our stay with friends, highly recommend and will definitely stay here again! We love Lisbon!

The rooms we were assigned was literally an arms length from the Santa Justa lift. The curtains had to be kept closed therefore the lights had to be on if you were in the room. I could hear the music from the shop below. The room was a room for the handicapped. I asked for a room change and was told by the reception she would have to contact another guest and ask them. I am still baffeled by this. The entry was a narrow corridor on the groung floor. You take the elevator to the 4th floor then walk up a flight of winding stairs with your luggage. There was no one to help with this. I think the rate is too high for this type of property. The bed was comfortable.

This was my second time here and I would come again. first for me is the convenience of the Hotel. It is in the center of the historic district and the fancier district with many squares, restaurants, shops and more. I like the staff and they are generally nice and easy to work with. Thanks. The breakfast is good and the rooms are clean and OK. It is not a five star hotel, and does not pretend to be. It is a safe, clean very pleasant place to stay in a great city. Thanks to them!
