Not just a hotel but an experience

My wife, daughter, and I enjoyed everything about the Tesouro da Baixa except finding it (the front door's sandwiched between two shoe stores). Marvelous and helpful staff, spacious rooms, great views from our balcony, fresh eggs cooked to order from the hotel's own chickens, eclectic art decorating the walls and halls, perfect central location to hold Lisbon in the palm of your hand. Highly recommended.

Great stay

Really enjoyed our stay here. The hotel has a very relaxed and friendly atmosphere. The lounge is nice and it was a good feature that you can get free tea and coffee in the lounge at any time. The staff are all friendly. The breakfast is excellent - great selection including fresh fruit. Our room was very nice. Can't fault this hotel - will stay here again, I'm sure.

We loved our stay. Our checkin was smooth and the staff was excellent and so welcoming. We were a family of 4 and had 2 rooms. One junior suite and one room on the 5th floor and the rooms were so lovely and everyday we came back to a clean room. The breakfast was excellent. The location is perfect and everything is walkable. We did Sintra on our own and walked to the station and caught the train to Sintra.

I really expected a little more from this property. Photos were strong but I felt that it was a bit of a rabbit warren in layout and didn't really feel of a high enough standard. wedged between 2 shoe shops it just had a strange feel

Wonderful hotel

The hotel is great! Very interesting, modern refurbished old building. Very near shops and restaurants. The bed was very comfortable! It is a very urban area, so do be prepared for some noise and light at night. A sleep mask and ear plugs may be a great idea of you are sensitive.

This boutique hotel was amazing. A large part of that is due to the staff. They are so friendly and always willing to help with any questions you have. The breakfast was amazing. Everything is so fresh and the coffee is delicious. We will definitely stay here again and highly recommend! Location was perfect!

No sign on front ,had to walk through a shoe store to dirty elevator. the lobby was like a youth hostel messy and people laying all around . The guy at desk was unresponsive desk was covered in paperwork garbage.My husband refused to stay there .Not as advertised . The door did not look like the photos in ad. Had to find another hotel
