This is an outstanding property on Cascais bay! Highly recommend! Great breakfast, wonderful staff, very comfortable beds, magnificent views. Very walkable to old town, marina and beachfront promenade!

because we hadden 2 rooms. 1 of the rooms the AC worked splendidly well but the other room had an error code blinking. We reported it 3 times. They told my husband it was just needing a new filter. The steak was fabulous at restaurant. Very nice breakfast too. Central location in Cascais. Noisy if you need to leave door open at night but quiet if you do not .

A very special hotel

The Albertroz is a very special hotel, not only is it in a beautiful location but the staff are without exception focused on the customer experience. The room was beautiful with excellent amenities and a gorgeous view. We were celebrating our wedding anniversary and the hotel went above and beyond to make our day special. From Maria & the reception team, Paulinho & Claudaire who looked after us in the restaurant and the rest of the staff, we cannot thank you enough for a wonderful stay.

This hotel is fantabulous! The property itself is remarkable, it is right on the coast and the views are impeccable. The staff is fantastic, the service is great, the food is good and the breakfast buffet is delightful! Very close to town and the beach and centered to everything. The rooms are so chic but my only negative note is, the conditioner is the absolute worst! So bring your own! Trust me on this one. The train station is a block away and Ubers and taxis are readily available. The front desk staff is so beyond helpful with every detail, specially explaining how to get around town and what to visit. They can arrange everything for you but don’t use the hotels transportation services, you’ll be paying 3 times more than an Uber’s cost. Enjoy Caiscais! A magical place!

The Albatroz Hotel is amazing! The rooms are exquisite and the views are breathtaking! But what makes this hotel special is their impeccable staff. The check-in staff is most welcoming and eager to help make your trip special. Vitor the bartender is also exceptional. The property is immaculate and right on the beach. Shopping, restaurants, and most stores are within walking distance. The entire area is beautiful. We were able to park our car onsite and walk for the remainder of our trip. The breakfast was also amazing and nice to be included. We would highly recommend this special hotel.

We loved our three night stay here. Easy parking, lovely sea-view room, great breakfast and good restaurant/ bar facilities. The pool on the terrace was warm enough to swim on a sunny day in late March. Staff were great, and most things were walkable.
